Myth - Sasuke has way more stamina than Itachi.
Mythbuster - Itachi managed to use Amaterasu twice, Susanoo for a few minutes, Tsukuyomi, a few regular genjutsus, fireballs, make a clone, etc.
He wore down Curse Mark Sasuke who has more chakra because of the curse mark, and even more chakra and faster healing once he absorbed orochimaru. And that was a sick Itachi who the manga said should have been dead long before then.
So Sick Itachi = CS Sasuke + whatever extra benefits Sasuke got from absorbing Oro.

Itachi high difficulty ...
sasuke will have no probs countering tsukuyomi as he did that b4 ..... Sasuke can use amaterasu better than itachi ....both have susanoo almost equally powerful ....speeds are similar ...sasuke's chakra>~tachi's chakra ....itachi is more intelligent ....sasuke has kirin chidori rakiri ...hawk summons ..itachi has crows ...

Now that you've mentioned it, Itachi's chakra is pretty descent, though still a little below average caused by his sickness U_U

If itachi wasn't just fighting like last time and was fighting to kill/take his eyes I think itachi would take it. his MS just seems superior to sasukes

We aren't saying that it won't be difficult, but the outcome was never in question. Itachi would win, without a doubt.
It would be somewhat hard but he has the legendary Susanoo weapons and all his skills are just a little bit better than Sasuke's except for genjutsu, which is way way way better than Sasuke's.

Anyway not only did itachi win his fight with sasuke without any intention of winning but also he was ill. I do know that this was pre ms sasuke but, if you allow itachi to be healthy and had intention of killing, he'd wipe the floor with ms sasuke low to mid difficulty

I think that with some luck Sasuke could win. His Ninjutsu is better than Itachis, Itachi has better Genjutsu, but Genjutsu wouldnt be much of a factor here, considering both have MS. When it comes to brains Itachi is better, although difference isnt that big, Sasuke has also very impressive feats when it comes to strategy.
Itachi is my favorite character, but Im just being fair with abilities they both displayed.

I don't think Sasuke is better at ninjutsu. Itachi's ninjutsu is ridiculous and his hand sign speeds are insane. He can do two ninjutsu in the time it takes Sasuke to do one.
The only reason Sasuke's fireball overpowered Itachi's was because Itachi was dying and Sasuke in his Curse mark form. Take that away and Itachi is better at everything than Sasuke other than lightning jutsu.

No2: Itachi wipes the floor with Sasuke, even if Sasuke manages the full Susanoo.
I'm not saying it would be a walk in the park but if Itachi's intent was to kill, Sasuke would be done for.
Sasuke has greater mastery over Amaterasu but I think he'd over use it and wear himself out. Even if it came to a battle of Susanoo, Itachi would simply seal the relatively immobile Sasuke away.

His Katons are as good as Itachis, but he has some powerful Ritons too. Sasuke is more talented with Ninjutsu than his brother, hence his Amaterasu is superior. Its the other way around with Genjutsu and Tsukiyomi.
I will give him that. But overall Sasukes Ninjutsu > Itachis Ninjutsu.
Nope. Totsuuka has to pierce through something in order to seal it. I dont think it would be able to pierce through fully formed Susanoo.

First off Sasuke doesn't have that much more chakra than Itachi.
Secondly if this is a Susanoo battle Itachi wins instantly. Sasuke's Susanoo doesn't have the Yata mirror or the Totsuka sword. Itachi's does.
There is hardly any chance for Sasuke to win this.
Those items would be non factor in Susanoo battle, since Totsuuka seals only that it can pierce through. If both used Susanoo, they wouldnt be able to harm much each other really, the one with more chakra would win.
