Yes, I know it doesn't go well here but my teacher says that hard work beats talent. We need more people who go around being helpful and nice so the new NB members wont feel so alone and leave.
It's like in a job, if you treat the costumers good, they will come back.

i had a bad start when i came here because i was an noob and my name also make me get flamed alot.I did not quit and i am happy to a saviour in this forum from these haters

They are normal people like me and you. Some of them are fun to have a convo with. But that aside, they will do their job if it requires their attention. But everyone is so busy the only person who I see on a regular basis is Tsuchi. But that is only because she watches over the section I frequent. I agree it is a little disheartening not to be able to fully interact with them but they have their reasons. I used to be an admin of a gaming website and the amount of traffic on ones profile is ridiculous. Most of that isnt even hello's. Its either flaming, complaints, whining, and did I mention more complaining? It is a hard job and I would understand why some of them don't even bother. Props to them for all the hard work they do behind the scenes.

I get what you are saying sk8er. So don't feel misunderstood. ^__^

Mod is a nice job but it isn't without its headaches. Gamahiro once said (I think):

"Why would you want to be a mod of NB? Its like taking care of handicapped children."

Yeah, I can see now how all of this could be really hard on them. I have this crazy Idea why cant there be a group of members who know this site a bit better, who are willing to help out the Administrators & Moderators by trying to answer questions the new members have and guiding them when the Administrators & Moderators are too busy. Wouldn't that make their jobs a bit easier to handle, at least they could only worry about the big stuff instead of the small stuff such as answering question someone who's been here longer would know.

Know many people already do it, we should get more and more. I'd help the mods and admins a bunch xd​

They are known as community leaders and are oftentimes the candidates for a Moderator position. But that is another system that may not work here. They have no powers except a nice badge and a colored name.

I'm sorry to hear that, but yeah..it happens. Umm, I will try my best to go around to the "Konnichi wa!" forums more often when I'm online to go to the new member's pages and help them get around. If you ever get the chance, you would join to help them so they don't have to deal with that too xd haha it sounds really fruity and I might even get flamed as being "homosexual" for being too nice, but whatever. I never let whatever people say stop me from being myself. Online or offline.

Tch, Honestly I could careless about having my name colored or a nice badge U_U, I don't intend to sound like a "hero" I'm no such thing, but does getting hire is the only excuse to help people?
It reminds me of a tv show, people do it to get something out off it.

I taught moderators not suppose to interact with member in a friendship level because that might cause some issue if u have to bann or infract ,warn them .I taught you guy may need an alt account to better talk the friends that in this Base that are members
