I want to know if moderator does interact with member of NB?

I want to know if the moderator directly interact with member on any topic in threads or other stuff ,or they just do their job strictly?
I also i want to know if they creat alt account to interact with people instead or stuff like that?

Yes the mods talk to us.
When they need mods they will bring the application out so you can apply.
And no, that is just silly.

Maybe, I haven't talked to a mod. Like a full conversation..in fact I was ignored...:/ It did make me feel bad..I was new and I wanted to fix my page to look good, so I asked how could it be possible to put a picture on the left corner and she simply ignored me, I didn't ask to annoy or anything but at least a simple "You should read here" or if I would of gotten an explanation then that would of been nicer than just being ignored.
"Rei" was her username I believe. Also I am not picking on anyone here or trying to disrespect her because I know she's an 'Administrator', I'm just saying that it did make me feel a bit bad. So I hope in the future, I'll run into mods that will at least guide me.
It's silly but one day I want to be a mod and even if people ask me the same question, I will help. No one comes here knowing where to find help or how to do stuff so guidance is always important to give to those who need it. It takes you a while to get use to the place but I did find regular people who kindly helped me understand this place better I like the community.​

Kid, Rei is very busy, remember they do one hell of a job running this site, they can't reply to every single VM, they try as much as they can, cut them some slack, if you were an admin, and you got like 20 - 30 vms in day plus look after the site, it is a hard job. Just ask another member.

They are normal people like me and you. Some of them are fun to have a convo with. But that aside, they will do their job if it requires their attention. But everyone is so busy the only person who I see on a regular basis is Tsuchi. But that is only because she watches over the section I frequent. I agree it is a little disheartening not to be able to fully interact with them but they have their reasons. I used to be an admin of a gaming website and the amount of traffic on ones profile is ridiculous. Most of that isnt even hello's. Its either flaming, complaints, whining, and did I mention more complaining? It is a hard job and I would understand why some of them don't even bother. Props to them for all the hard work they do behind the scenes.

I get what you are saying sk8er. So don't feel misunderstood. ^__^

Mod is a nice job but it isn't without its headaches. Gamahiro once said (I think):

OKay. I am never serious, I type like this all the time. I am quite aware you were not picking on them here, and they do not mean to ignore you at all. But all I am saying mainly is, ask another member, most members would be more then happy to help out you. U_U
