besides the fact he can transport. And he has the rinnegan which we have YET to seen. not only that. Itachi beated a person who has the FUll rinegan. so i think tobi is all talk. U_U

tobi wasn't scared of him, he was just shocked that kabuto had the body of madara when tobi wanted to use nagato's abilities to revive madara at the right time.. that's why tobi said that he wanted to use the rebirth technique for his benefit. if u don't realize it.. tobi wasn't scared to fight kabuto when kabuto was explaining how edo tensei work
