I am not saying that the sannin will win 100 percent of the time. But i think that the sannin would win the majority because Orochimaru needs to be sealed. And the sannin are way smarter then Naruto and have way more experience.

Naruto is no longer hindered by less experience because he has the cooperation of Kuruma now. And the Kyuubi is much older and has more experience then the sannin.
