Unless the Kazekage finishes it quickly it's going to be a long day. Hidden mist, acidic mist, and lava release are good counters for his style. He won't know where she is, and his sand will be destroyed if he doesn't find her quickly. Plus we haven't seen what other techniques she has, remember she does posses three elements.

he can easily cover himself in sand to protect himself if he doesnt know where she is. he can send the sand in all directions dispersing the mist and trampling the mist and crushing her.

first of all dont call me stupid when the bitch your trying to defend has her attacks dodged by someone the likes of karin. second that STILL is no where sufficient enough to stop a tidal wave of sand so your dumb. and your blind as well as when they show in one of the panels madaras jumping movement it is curved so he aint just jumping up it is to the side. a easily avoidable attack. and she still has no counter to the tidal wave.
How exactly is sand going to get rid of the mist? The only thing that's been shown to get rid of the mist is wind. You can't trample mist, that makes no sense. Covering himself in sand would be pointless as the acidic mist will melt the sand without Mei having to attack him directly. The only thing that makes sense here is sending a sand wave big enough to catch her which to be honest is kinda sloppy, and easier said than done as he will have no clue as to where she is. This is a tough match-up, I wouldn't be so quick to give it to the Kazekage.
