THis creates a wall of water, and can stop most of fire techniques

So since inos water encampment wall wasnt cancelled the wind and fire don't effect us at all. [since the wind went thru the fire, ya know haha] so since the wall is up the fire just takes out the wall.

They then use this space to launch themselves into the air between the spinning scrolls. From these scrolls the ninja can then summon a mass of weapons, which they then begin to throw at their opponent. If the first barrage fails, they can use wires that run from each weapon to their fingertips to pull them back into the air to strike at their opponent again.

The water, having its form changed actually is a very stick substance. Once the opponent is within the middle of the field, they will notice that their feet are stuck and they cannot move from their current spot. Giving oppourtunity to attack the opponent, as you need chakra infused feet to run over the field

remember that lightining static collection i used in he beginning, u can look at the post, its been charging for quite some turns so I call it down to strike u, and ur pinned down by ur own needles so now ur hit and paralyzed for sure, its been charging for quite some time, now that u cant move.......
