There is one other person who tobi could be and it's the sages son with the eyes, he would know everything you've said. but your point about the sage lying about his sons could explain be right but it would add up with the brothers fighting being pasted down from generation to generation

He can cast amateratsu with his bare eyes,

he was the first one to discover chakra, but didn't tell anyone.

He sealed juubi inside him first, but never told anyone.

Why is madara xpecting tobi who you called so6p to ressurect him? Madara lived 90+yrs and read and study the uchiha table why won't he know everything.

1.juubi has no chakra so he cannot use jutsu
2.tobi is human
3.jubi had some rinnesharingan hybrid not a sharingan and rinnegan in seperate eyes
4.he has knowledge of konoha and the real madara FYI madara was born 100 years or so later
5.jubi trapped in moon , not even the jubi will get out of it
6.the uchiha scripty thing that only MS and EMS users can read stated the story of the sage and the 10 tails
