now that we have jutsu out of the way ill move on to speed. i hope that without question naruto take this category because in KM we saw that he awas faster then the raikage in V2 and you can see that in the new manga kikashi clearly confuses naruto for minato because he moves that fast when he deflacts 5 TTBs.
and lastly if they ran out of chakra and it came down to taijutsu, naruto been trained in frog katas which we saw against the fight against pein is a very powerful taijutsu. while sasuke seems to have practiced this very little compared to ninjutsu.
now to the fight!!!

supposing that sasuke could usee kirin on him kirin is: A technique using natural lightning, which Zetsu says reaches the ground in 1/1000th of a second, it is one of the most powerful lightning techniques. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency; if there are no active thunder clouds the user must create them by using fire techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions.
Once a lightning source has been acquired, shaping and guiding the lightning to the target requires very little chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. The technique can completely annihilate a mountain.

Sasuke uses Genjutsu. well ill have to admit naruto sucks at genjutsu, but hey if the 8 tails can wake bee from itachis i think kurama can wake narutos from sasuke which is weaker then itachi because itachi was a master of genjutsu while sasuke only uses techniques from his sharingan cause he doesnt know any of his own. so this would prolly lead to rounds one or two.
