tobi's right arm is white. his whole right side is probably made up of zetsu. Probably meaning he has hashiramas powers. also his eye techniques are similiar to kakashi's.

im not saying he's obito, cause obito did get his whole body crushed under rocks but he is probably using obito's sharingan. he has quite a lot of sharingans(watch ep. 216). He is sometimes clumsy? do you think he has two personalities just like zetsu? not quite sure.

Itachi believed tobi was madara. Kisame believed he was madara. what made them believe he was madara? Mabye his mangekyo?

Is tobi an uchiha? considering he has a sharingan maybe. Is he the ten tails former shell? is he Madara's former shell? is he sasuke's former shell? Tobi did say itachi could have killed him if he learned the whole truth about tobi.

who do you think it is?

Interesting theory but remember Tobi said if he hadn't kept some secrets from Itachi he'd be dead already. How could the Jubi's "spirit/mind" be killed after all this time by Itachi?

no he is madaras oldest son nagato was the younger but nagato didnt know he was his father tobi does thats why he is trying to do madaras plan make daddy proud that is my theory i thought it up

glad you asked well madara knowing that uzumaki was close to senju (senju were all gone? i dont know??) had a kid with an uzumaki then died so like naruto took his mothers name thats why he said "oh that brat nagato finally grew up" its his brat

Well seeker, you deserve some rep because this is, by far, the best explained Tobi = Juubi theory I've ever heard. The main thing, as someone else posted, is that the Juubi cannot theoretically exist until all the biju are brought back together.

Now I guess its possible that the Sage created a mind, and perhaps even a soul, for each of the beasts, but I find that extreme. I think its more likely that he breathed life into the broken juubi and they automatically grew a consciousness.

If you think you are right, please explain 1. how Juubi found a body. 2. How he managed to gain possession of said body with no body of his own. 3. Why the heck does he refer to himself as Madara when he's the all powerful Juubi.

As I've said before, I don't believe in the Tobi = Juubi theories because there is just too many open questions. But I guess the only way I could ever perhaps believe it is if pseudo Juubi is controlling Madara's old body.... but it would still be a loooong stretch.

juubi was not only chakra and body, no one is, lets take a ninja for example, body, mind, chakra, soul, body+chakra = what hes made of, mind + soul = who he is, if juubis body was sealed in the moon, and his chakra became the beasts, where is its mind, or its darkness?, where is its consciousness?

So6p used Izanagi to give life to jubis chakra, and created 9 beasts!, first of all why 9?, i think when so6p seperated jubis chakra from its body, its mind was seperated aswell, tobi is a combination of jubis mind and dark chakra and thanks to izanagi he gained a body or form

hes not the all powerful jubi as u say, his just shell of his former self remember, and he refers to himself as madara because just as tsunade said, madara is more than just a man, his a symbol!, a respected and reveared symbol, it was a necessary to have an identity feared by everyone, if he simply said his the jubi, first of all no one ever heard of it, and he was just a beast, he wouldnt be taken that seriously, so becoming madara was a necessary step to accomplish his plans.


"this may be crazy but perhaps tobi is a tailless beast with jubis mind" lol - in other words beast "0" from 0-9 like bleach espada lol

So how does he have all Madara's memories?

another "BIG" part of your theory you forgot about was the Elder Sage....
not gonna look for the chap but I clearly remember him while giving Naruto his prophecy, said: "You will also fight someone with great power in his eyes ... Do you know what he is?" and this is where Naruto cut him off saying "yeah I know" referring to Sasuke... so just saying this may corroborate with yours..

we always thought madara was immortal, but it was tobi who was immortal, hes been alive since before so6p, he doesnt have madaras memories but hes lived so long, he knows a great deal - and we all know he and madara know eatchother somehow, so he probably got all the info from him.

I checked and you were right... he did say "and you know what he is?"

But he also said that it was A YOUNG MAN WITH POWERFUL EYES. So he is certainly referring to Sasuke.

As to what "what he is" means.... could be that Sasuke is a 'true avenger'.

Nice theory mate. I don't think Tobi is Juubi but it is possible. If he is the Juubi then kurama could have known his true identity because he is part of it. Kishi is very unpredictable so it's hard to say. I still believe that Tobi is someone that we already knew. His identity is really that mysterious.
