doubt it. The fox wasnt in madara when they fought it was outside so of course hashirama could gain control of it. But bee is in control the eight tails i doubt hashirama could just break the seal, pin bee down, then rip out the eight tails with ease.

when did they say wood is weak to lightning and if your talking about like trees on fire that wont happen cuz he can create a whole forest and both have not showed long range lightning techniques let alone any intelligence.

I think hashiramas bijuu control would be a big factor. hashirama's wood techniques are not small,their lightning techniques couldn't take stop all of it. if he can stop bee from transforming and put A in his genjutsu, I think he could take it.
