I play, and have fully beaten the game twice. Well as much as you can beat the game that is.

I am level 81 in both playthroughs. I believe that is the highest level as all my skills are maxed, legitimately.

How do you level up your speech skill faster? i need to sell my dragon scales/bones but no one wants them....
