This is pretty basic. Just a regular strike to your target with an upwards thrust with your palms. As you hit their abdomen, you push it real hard. It has to be enough to lift them off the ground and into the sky.

I start Walk over to your clone. Once i walk over to your clone i then stance my feet and place my body in the direction. Once Im in position i then Open my hands. Once that i then press my palms towards the clone abdomen. Thrusting the opponent into the sky with an upward thrust.

We are now on Crumbling Palm, as the previous ones. This is pretty straightforward so I am going to spice things up for you. I would like you to perform the three last techniques in a combo. No need for them to be arranged in the order they are now. You can pick which one you like to use first. I already have a combo in mind but I would like to see yours first so if you may. :)

I slowly walk up to your clone. As your clone is looking at me i then gather momentum and start concentrating. Breathing in and Out. Once im done i then Run up to your clone. I then lift my hands up and push my hands towards your clone real hard .(Palm thrust) Pushing him back a little. i then Run into him again. (Not that far of a distance but still) I then align my elbow in a line to his body. i then Thrust my shoulder into his chest. Right before he can go flying backwards i then pick my dominant knee off the ground. And Striking him in the stomach with my knee sending him slightly into the air

I see you be using Italic for your text now U.U...Anyways xD,

My combo would be go out like this :

I first start off by running at my opponent and stop by stomping my left foot on the ground that is on my opponent's right side. As I stomp, I use the force that rebounds onto my body after the stomp to strengthen my upwards knee thrust. The upwards knee thrust hits the opponent's stomach, similar to yours, he feels a tremendous amount of pain and puts his hands on the stomach while bending his back towards the ground. The moment he starts bending, I use my shoulder which is right in front of him to smash him in the face. Our positions as I made the shoulder smash was that the right half of my body was in front of him while the left side of my body was slightly in front of his right side. Due to the shoulder smash, he is sent flying to his back and onto the ground. As he is flying towards the ground, I followed and ran to him. As he lands on the ground, I give no mercy and destroy him by making a final palm thrust to his stomach AGAIN. This causes utter pain that adds on to the previous pain. He will probably be unable to continue the battle.

Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

Firstly, I want you to approach my clone at a quick motion and drop to the floor just as you are in front of him. Land with your back facing the floor and both your hands supporting your body up. Use either one of your leg to kick my clone in the chest, sending him flying up in to the sky. Like a leaf, follow his movement into the sky by jumping behind him. You will then grab my clone by the ankle, wraps your legs around my clone's waist, and drive them back down, head-first into the ground, similar to the Front Lotus.

I start by walking up to your clone. acting all cool with my hands in my pocket.:cool: Once i approach your clone i then quickly fall to the ground. back to the floor. both hands supporting my body so i wont lose balance. I the extend my right foot forward towards your clone chest. Sending him to the air above. I then quickly gain balance on my two feet. Right after i then jump behind your clone matching its movements. even in the air. Once im behind your clone i then extend both of my arms and grab your clone by the ankles. I then reach both my legs around your clone waist. I then grip the body. As we wall back down your clone is head first. as his head hits the floor as we come back down

(Konoha Daisenpū) - Leaf Great Whirlwind

You will stand in front of my shadow clone, perfectly still. You then pull your right or left leg back, not too far as this is a low kick your starting with. Right after you make a low kick to his leg, pull your feet back much further than before and twist your body more towards the leg your kicking with. Kick the stomach next with a mid-level kick. Pull back yet again but not too far this time, instead, push it higher around waist-level while twisting your body a bit. You then unwind while launching your upwards into his chin, sending him flying into the air. Finally, you follow him by jumping as well. When your above him, deliver the final blow, a hell heel drop to the stomach.

Long time no talk sensei. i been on a.... Vacation if u may say. anyways. I walk up to your clone. as i look at ur clone eyes. i then think... :sy: why are you soo. ugh!. ^_^. I then draw my left leg back to a degree, i then pull foward as i go in for a kick to the lower part of your clone legs. I then pull my legs back even further then what they are and go in for a mid kick to the mid section of your clone. i then squat down and rise back to launch a upper kick towards your clone. I then extend my leg to above your clone head and draws down my leg to knock your clone flat on its mtf face. BOOYAH!

Next technique is basically a combo that starts off by a powerful shoulder smash and then a powerful punch. A note for you, if you use your right shoulder to do the shoulder smash, you might want to use your left fist to make the punch. You should get the punch ready first as you do the shoulder smash. (When I say prepare, I mean pulling it back as far as you can so that you can make the punch straight after the shoulder smash)

To my opinion, if you have a stronger right hand, use your left shoulder to do the shoulder smash since the shoulder smash is basically you putting most of your body weight into it for the extra push. Like this,

Simple Eh

I walk up to your clone. As i do that i then look in his eyes. BLEH!. I then take several paces back. I then run up to him and twist my body to the side a little bit making my elbow to my left stand out. I then run into him with my left elbow real hard to his chest. I then force my right hand from behind me , i then twist my body once more and swing my right fist towards his chest. knocking him back
