its clear that he was not out to kill bee. he actually was retreating lol.

where does it say sharingan has that kind of vision? markings arent chakra. so the color wouldnt give away its location. byakugan on the other hand imo would detect the marking.

and to answer your other question he could attempt to lure sasuke to the location where he placed the seals. not saying this would surely work but its possible.

2.Minato can't win in an instant, he can only get to the opponent in an instant.
3.If the opponent attacks Minato before Minato attacks him, Minato loses.

Are you speculating? Can you do math? Are you good at it? if Minato was able to wipe out a battalion in a blink of an eye, how fast was that? Minato never loses a battle. How can you prove that FTG is useless against shinobi with strong defences. Didn't he tried stabbing A with a kunai after using FTG? Didn't Tobi attack Minato first? What was the outcome of their battle?

Two things Minato says that he likes Bee's style...or I have taken a liking to you by other translations.

Now Bee used the octopus => He was able to control 8-t...Kushina on the other hand coudn't control 9-t...so Minato was obviously curios...so he would've definitely liked to know more about Bee...in fact he developed Rasengan after watching the TBB...now where do you think he saw that...It has to be BEE because he was the only perfect Jinchuriki and apparently their village dared to go up against the leaf.

Bee got that reaction so fast because he had 8-t on his side to alarm him...not otherwise because the Raikage A failed Misarably...and he had fast reactions and the greater speed than everyone else...well not Minato.

Also take a closer look at that 1st pic...If Minato stabs Bee dies and Minato has both Hands => More Power + has more speed than Bee...So he has the advantage here...plus he could've faked it, causing bee to react and let himself wide open to next attack from Minato by using FTG thus reappearing and then stabbing

And even if they both end up stabbing themselves...Minato still lives and quickly goes back to the leaf and saves himself...but bee on the other hand dies instantly

we already told u what the answer but apparently u don't want to listen if it don't suit ur opinion,

kishomoto has been using plot shield since the manga start, that was in order to entertain the readers so it won't be boring and lame,

for example
Edo Deidara can easily spam C0 and kill all ppl in the war but kishi don't make him do that since it will be boring,
Edo Madara can also spam that meteor to destroy the 5th kage but nah kishi didn't do that
Current Naruto was said to be able to sense malicious/evil/killing intent from miles away, with that he can easily find sasuke but kishi don't do that since it will kill the excitement
and there is itachi when j-man appear in to save naruto, if we are using ur so called logic itachi can amaterasu j-man or tsukoyomi, but it will be lame if someone like j-man got owned by a new character like itachi,

so the answer is plot shield and kishimoto is responsible for that, its sad since u use kishimoto quote while u deny what kishimoto did in his manga
