Kosuke would obviously win.

He may be ranked officially as a Genin, but from the anime Hiruzen even claimed that he could be a Jounin by now. Kosuke refused only because he didn't believe he was ready.

Genin or not Kosuke is strong. He had Water technique passed down from Tobirama. If you watched the anime you'd know the kinds of things he could do.

Sakura can't beat him.
