its not that i dont believe in god, but there are many flaws in the belief of him.

As far as I'm concerned. The only religions that appear peaceful and full of happiness to me are Buddhism, Islam and some small number of faiths in the far eastern countries like Japan and China.

I don't think Christianity, Judaism or Hinduism show tranquility. Christianity seems to dull and boring. I mean if you visit any churches, they seem kinda dark and abit weird. Judaism just looks creepy especially when you research into it. Why do you think Hitler was getting rid of them? Because of what they're doing in Israel to other religious group of people including babies and elderly. I say they're evil. Hinduism is too flashy and messy, they have a day of celebration when they colour themselves all over and it creates to much mess. It does not look right.

Last thing, sorry if I've offended anyone. This is just my point of view on religion and beliefs. Peace ☮

thats another thing, how do we know that the holy books are right? for all we know the bible is right and the rest are wrong, vive versa or that they are all wrong.

also, many of the christians say "theyre wrong, were right,but all their bibles say the same thing except for a few differences in wording, so wouldnt that make them all fake if one is fake?

The answer to everybody's question has to be somewhere in between God and Science, It's as simple as that. If science can't yet prove that God does not exist then there is a plausible room for something that say religion would have the answer for and in vice-versa. With Religion and God arise the questions and with science the search for answers.

As humans we often fight and bicker about our beliefs.For those of us that beleive in God we want to beleive in something that we can have faith in rather then ourselves.Having a God that is perfect and loveing to does he created is that idea we beleive in today.I personaly beleive in God but i do not follow in any form of religon.My family is christan and my step father is a pastor.Only naturaly i would beleive in the christian God,but when i actually looked at other religions that beleive in monotheism...each and everyone of them beleive in the same God.It's just that the people that wrote the bible or any other form of religous books that have changed their wording has corrupted the churches.It's because of this i do not follow any religon.

As for those that are Atheist can you actually beleive Man was created from a single cell?Can you prove God is not real?You do realise most of these scientific statements are made up of mostly theorys.

wat tells me the bible is wrong is that it contradicts itself and the Koran does not also a lot of science is also explained in the Koran but its much harder to understand my point is understanding the Koran is going to take more effort and also like Christianity there are many different denominations so u would have to research all of them as well so i make it a point to prove to people only face to face why ? because then i can give u books to read which basically explain a lot of ur questions but i cant remember it all now and i like talkin face to face anyway and im leavin this thread now so just pm me for any questions

Believers have no more evidence of what they advance then scientist do.

As for whether or not there is a god? The right question for me was even if there is a god, why praise or obey him? I could not come up with a resonnable answer, so i moved from atheism towards anti-theism.

lets take the universe for example: its always growing and their are millions of galaxies with billions of planets, but only one of them had life? what, did god just decide to bullshit time by creating extra planets for no reason?

physics state an object in motion stays in motion. the big bang caused the universe to expand at a very high rate. since there was no force equal to that or greater than the big bang to propel the universe in the opposite direction, it kept expanding

those are blocks of evidence as to why science might be the true way the universe was created

me: i believe god used the big bang to create the universe

The fact about is people want to argue over something they can not prove.You can't prove human evolution without knowing how it began.You want to talk about the big bang?The big bang is a theory therfore it means it's not yet proven.

I do like your belief that God used the big bang,but it is the bilble and the other books that contradict themselves.I question my step father about other life on planets.He gave me statements made within the bible to answer my question.He made sense but yet i still question it.The answer he basically told me is no.

The Koran? you mean the quran? and no! there is just as may mistakes in the quran than the bible.... not to mention the fundamentals of islam are easialy manipulated for violence, whereas christians at least have a spokeperson in the pope to contain the crazy!

YES, the big bang theory has been proven with the discovery of Cosmic microwave background radiation. You need to bruch up on your science and learn what is intended when the words "scientific theory" are used instead of hypothesis. Please come up with a valid example....
