when naruto episode release in narutobase .. why is always written "Hello mina-san" in description of episode..

From the anime I've always taken it that Mina means all or everyone (the anime is slowly teaching me some phrases!)

mina in japanese means everyone. san, is like kun, chan, sama, etc, refers to an individual depending on age, gender or authority

They're just addressing everyone like "Hello everyone."

It is just small things like Good Morning, See you/later, why?, that's enough etc. I'm starting to recognise the odd thing xd
