I think that the Hokage brothers would win over Father and Son.

Tobirama would be able to counter speed with water and Hashirama is capable of using incredible high ranked wood release.

I think hokages win....

Just opinion, but it could go either way.

I think this is a bad match up for the Hokages cause Wood style is weak to Lightning since its made from water and earth and Tobiramas main weapon is water. Raikages win.

well i would give this one to the father and son duo due to the third raikage's tough and resilient body i dont think the first and the second could break through that and thus the clouds victory.

well the weather is lightning and rain, perhaps 3rd raikage has some sort of technique to use to tame lightning. like sasuke did using kirin, but he might have an even more advanced technique to use in that weather
