now cums sasuke,if sasuke uses his chidori or raikiri then he needs his sharingan,kakashi dont need sharingan for that,coz he uses it chidori many times before he gets sharingan,sasuke cant open anyone of gate,sasuke have only fire realese and lighting realease,

Hard one.. Sasuke can only use taijutsu and fire based justus without sharingan.
Kakashi is hard to say, because he copied a lot of jutsus with his sharigan, so he can't use them either. Since we don't know what his natural element is, which i think is lightning, he can't use many jutsus himself. But since i think kakashi is a better taijutsu user, i stick with kakashi..

First w.o Sharingan Kakashi doesn't have all those jutsu's he copied.
Second Kakashi can only open the first gate.
Third Sauske grew up much more since Kakashi was his sensei, and none of his knowledge would be useful.
Fourth Fix your spelling, it is not very hard.

Kakashi was not considered to be Hokage for nothing, he is at least Kage level at this point but I'm pretty sure Sasuke is as well. With out sharingan I would have to give this to Kakashi just because he has more experience and more a broader jutsu variation.

I fully agree on the first part :| Tobi was never shown trying to use Genjutsu

But the reason Tobi is alive is that he ran away.... And Minato had no need to die, he did to ensure that Kyubi would be sealed for a longer time , to protect his son and to prepare a shinobi that would be able to fight Tobi

True he wold have died there, Sasuke would have died if the curse mark didn't save his ass against Gaara. When was Sasuke ever shown using Chidori and it's variants without his Sharingan except when he fought an half incapacitated Orochimaru?

True cept for SO6P no one can rape Sasuke but without sharingan, it's another story.
