I personally think a healthy kimimaro with those 5 dances of his out matches kakashi's taijutsu to the point of if Kimimaro closses the gap kakashi is gonna get pretty messed up n I wouldn't think raikiri would be able to go threw his bone seeing how well he held of being crushed repeatedly by Garras sand n if I recall correctly correct me if im wrong Sharingan cant copy Kekkei Genkai and even if he where able to see Kimimaro's moves there's no guarantee he will be able to react fast enough to dodge them

Kimmaro wins. Kakashi would try to use all his fancy techniques and miss, leaving him low of charka and Kim. would bounce off that. Also, Kim is CM would do damage.

Yeah that was an overstatement by Orochimaru ofcourse in Part1.
It was also said that Gaaras sand shield was impenetrable.
It was aldo said that the rotation was impenetrable.
Susanoo was also said to be impenetrable.
All the above things were said to be impenetrable but got penetrated! What Orochimaru said means nothing!!! Don't you read the manga!? If you do you would have seen Kimimarus bone get nearly sliced in half by a chakra enhanced samurai sword, the Raikiri has far more penetrative properties than that of a chakra enhanced sword. Kimi's bones are better suited to resist physical attacks such as gaaras and lees which cause harm to the exterior of the body and break bones, unlike Kakashi's Raikiri which goes through anything.

Did you forget Raikiri also beats out gaaras sand!? Raikage, Tsunade, sage mode naruto/Jiraiya, and Kakazu could survive gaaras sand burial, but they wouldn't be so lucky against Kakashis Raikiri.
lol wut. If you look back at the link the jutsu about to be used was not the Sand Burial, it was the Desert Coffin. Either way none of those people would survive the Sand Burial either. How exactly are any of those ninjas going to crawl out from under 200 meters under tons and tons of sand? As for the Desert Coffin, it crushes it's opponent. CRUSHES it's opponent, Tsunades rebirth isn't going to put her limbs back on. All of Kakuzu's hearts would be crushed at once if caught. And how in the world is Naruto and Jiraiya going to survive that exactly? They're nothing but flesh and bones, Sage Mode or not. The only one who could possibly survive is the The Third and Fourth Raikage.

Kimimaros bones were special, that plus the seal allowed him to escape and not be pulverized. That is why Oro wanted him to be his vessel. Don't get me wrong there are exceptions, but for the most part almost anyone would die if caught with that. Here's proof that Gaara tried to kill Kimimaro with the Desert Coffin. Top left corner.

The rest of your post is for the most part I agree with, but that part was plain wrong. Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Naruto would not survive that whatsoever.
