I know this is coming off the back of my thread, but i'll participate because you brought alot to mine. Firstly my conditions;

1. Who is konoha 11 you didn't specify. Konoha 11 without naruto could include sasuke, so is it original 11 or with sasuke replaced by Sai.
2. are they all at their current level, and is itachi and edo?
3. How can they have no knowledge they are all from the same village?
4. What can we use to reference itachi's health level, we have never seen him fight at full health.
5. So itachi has everything but genjutsu? Are they close together or some distance apart?

hmm in that case I go konoha 11. Since there is no genjutsu, sasuke and itachi can basically just have a susanoo off until itachi gets tired. Itachi's sealing sword is less of a problem since sasuke can keep him at a distance with arrows. Eventually he will get tired and that when everyone else can jump in. Although I can see ten-ten getting killed when itachi collapses on top of her .
