Yeah no Sound 4 all but certainly no Darui...it's just rough to see quality characters get ignored.

I really think they're saving him for Storm 3, but that is a LONG wait. It also kind of makes no sense if they wanted to wait so they could have a better moveset because the Kages didn't show as much as him, you're right. I think his case is due to popularity aswell. Everyone wanted the Kages. Damn fans! xd

It's just a darn shame though. I can't see why they'd choose to not put Darui in the game as a playable character.

i'm really not that worried that the sound four aren't in. Yer they would be interesting to play but i can't see myself actually playing them much. They were pretty much fodder ninja with curse seals. Even then they were done in by genin. Not very appealing but thats just me other people might really like them. But they are still support so it's not like there not in the game at all. Anyway the best one kimimaro is still in it so thats awesome

As one of the people who wanted the Sound Four to be in, I'm kind of disappointed that CC2 did not implement these characters whom I felt really should be in the game for obvious reasons.

I just hope that they are added as DLC later on, than being completely forgotten and only support-only characters. The same goes for Anko and Kurenai who's fates are left as support-only characters as well.

Now there are about 4 more characters left to be confirmed I heard. Let's just hope these characters are worth it.

Naruto Generations: Why Should CC2 Include Sound 4?

Earlier today it was announced by Namco Bandai Games that the Sound 4 (Jirobo, Tayuya, Kidomaru, and Sakon) would be support-only characters. We’ve been reading reactions of fans around the web and there are many fans who disapprove of the Sound 4 being support only. At the same time there are fans who don’t really mind too much. Saiyan Island understands both sides of fan reactions.
For those that don’t really mind the Sound 4 being left out, well, they make sense. Storm 2 has 42-44 playable characters, but if you were to play 100 matches online, how many times would you meet somebody who played as Choji, Gaara, Orochimaru, Tsunade, Hidan, Sakura, or even Killer Bee? Roughly around 75% of our opponents pick Naruto, Sasuke, Minato, Sasori, Itachi, or Pain. There will be an occasional Kiba or Neji user, but mainly players pick the same few characters over and over. We’re not sure if we would use the Sound 4, it would depend on how CyberConnect2 (CC2) would develop them, but we totally get why they should be included in the game!
For those who are disappointed and wanted the Sound 4 as playable argue that they were essential to the series. First appearing in Naruto anime episode 68 and then a good two dozen episodes afterwards, the Sound 4 played an integral part in the growth of Shikamaru, Kiba, Neji, and Choji. They were a gateway to Naruto’s battle with Sasuke and a barrier to the Leaf Ninja in protecting Orochimaru as he fought the Third Hokage. If Karin and Ino, two characters who haven’t participated in much anime/manga action are in, then why not the Sound 4? They were playable in past Ultimate Ninja games and after leaving them out in Storm 1, we were “promised” all of the major characters would be in Generations.
So, what now for Sound 4 fans? Well, apparently there is a protest, if you will, going on Twitter to include the Sound 4. Actually, protest is too strong a word. It’s more of a sound off on why Sound 4 should be included in Generations. Surprisingly, this was started by CyberConnect2, which makes us raise our eyebrow a little.
Could it all be a marketing trick? First make fans believe that Sound 4 are not playable to disappoint us and then surprise us with the fact that they actually playable to once again re-instill our confidence in our beloved CC2? Or what about downloadable content? Off the top of our head, we don’t recall Namco Bandai Games or CyberConnect2 saying anything about downloadable content. Could it be possible the Sound 4 will be support-only on the game disc, but then later playable via a download from PlayStation Network or Xbox Live? Or is Namco Bandai and CyberConnect2′s reveal of Sound 4 as support-only really true? No tricks or surprises, are they dead serious?
We don’t know, but if you want the Sound 4 even a little, head on over to Twitter and include #NUNSGsound4 in your Tweet along with a reason on why the Sound 4 should be in Generations. We might just get lucky!
Saiyan Island would love to have the Sound 4 in Generations. We’re not sure if we would use them, but we would certainly love to have them in the game as playable characters. However, if they weren’t included, we would understand that too. As fans we should note there are politics, even in video games. CyberConnect2 is a business that is faced with deadlines and people that they must answer to. We fans are an important part of video game business decisions because ultimately we can make or break a company by buying or not buying a game. However, from what we’ve pieced together Namco Bandai Games, their stockholders, Shueisha, and a variety of other stakeholders put pressure on CyberConnect2 to finish the game at a certain speed and manner. We fans actually put that pressure on them too because we want to play the best game as soon as possible! It becomes a decision on what to include and what can be included in the time that the developers have.
Still, Generations seems like it will be the best game to ever come out! We at Saiyan Island can’t wait for it and show our support to CyberConnect2 and Namco Bandai Games. After all, don’t we want a STORM 3?

Sorry but you´re wrong the Demo contains Naruto (Ninetails Rasengan and Sage Mode), Sasuke (Chidori Spear),Pain and maybe Serious Tobi. And Sage Mode Naruto has some cool new Moves:

All good on not seeing the post. The demo is really just a chance to try out the new gameplay for those of us who have Storm 2. Don't expect anything too different or unique unless the demo is unveiling a Serious Tobi character that isn't a transformation

It's definitely eh unless it's really Serious Tobi at the end and we can see what he'll be like. It's annoying though, to be stuck playing only as Naruto from Storm 2...I'll still download the game and play but it can't be that great of a demo

I agree, Serious Tobi is going to make or break this demo for me to be honest. If he's not in it, then I'm going to be pissed, but like all things I'll get over it.
