RPG Biographie Rules, Restriction to Abilities and Characters.

►The following character biographies will now become restricted in terms with the village system. Members are not permitted to use Sasori , 3rd Kazekage, and puppets unless they are in the Sunagakure within the village and therefore members found using these bio's in the use of village system battles shall be punished accordingly for breaking and not following this rule. Also members of Sunagakure gain a higher rate of resistance to poisons.

Lately it seems to me, great part of the bios made, have the ability to ''fight inside any kind of mist due to being used to it in Kirigakure'' or ''since this character is from Kirigakure, they're used to fight in the mist and so they can fight on it because of their sense of hearing, etc, etc''

So.. i think you already got what i'm suggesting here :|
Not that i'm against this rule, but since only members from Suna can use puppets, have higher rate of resistance to poison and have acess to special bios like Sasori and 3rd Kazekage, i'm suggesting the same for Kirigakure.

Only members from within Kirigakure (from our RP village system) can have 7 swordsmen of the mist bios and have the ability to fight completely blind because of being used to the mists. This of course, according to the first rule, only in village system battles. Otherwise it'd be unfair.

Yeah, i may just be acting like a bitch just now but.. i don't care :| if one village has that right, i'd like mine to have it too.

If not all the villages have their own advantage then it'd be unfair. Why would only Suna and Kiri have an advantage and none of the other ones?

It is not used because there aren't battles within our RP village system, like wars. Because the system is, or at least, seems dead. About the part it isn't used, then why is it even a rule? If it was created, it was surely approved not just by Kaito, but by other RP mods or Nexus, so its a rule like any other, which is to be followed.
I'm not saying the others couldn't have their own advantages. They could and in my opinion, should, if they're kept this simple. What you're asking is what i'm asking. If suna has that rule, why can't the others have it? I just gave the example of my village because that Mist special ability is present in a lot of bios.

Yep, that's what i'm saying. Since the village system isn't active, the rule doesn't apply since it refers only to village system battles and not all random battles made in the arena, which in my opinion, would be too restricted.

suna = only village for puppet use , gold dust and iron sand use along with sand swift and scorch
kiri= only village for hidden mist jutsu and other KG that originated there
iwa = the only village for camouflage jutsu and other KG that originated there
konoha = only village that get to us aburame and nara and other clans ( except uchiha and hygua )
kumokagure = you have an OP raikage, an overgrown octopus and some smexy people...you don't need anymore powerups.

That's not exactly fair. The only people who can get Suna's abilities are Gaara and the 3rd/4th Kazekages, so you'd have to be a bit more rational. Plus it's been proven people outside Suna can use puppet jutsu, so you can't rule that out. You're saying only people with specific abilities can fight for each nation, and it shouldn't work like that. I think how it should work is everyone get's a 25% boost for the village they support in their affinity (Konoha = Fire etc.) plus something else.

25% boost won't work.That would mean more chaos.

To be frank I've never seen the rule(puppet bio rule).And this rule seem like crap to me.

Indeed. People just put in their history about random crap >_< I've been to Kirigakure, and thus, I have experience and blablabla that piece of crap Seriously, I mean, if you were a cannon character, it would make more sense. Not a custom one. if the cannon one can do that, then your bio should have it.

No I'm saying you have to originate from Kirigakure to be able to do something like that:|
I've seen people who are from Konoha with a Sharigan as their KG post in their bio this:
They say they are proficient enough in using the hidden in the mist technique because they spent a certain amount of time in Kiri learning Suiton, and since they have been in many spars using the Hidden in the Mist Technique they got a custom to be able to hear peoples footsteps and track them down easily. Them posting that in their bio is like saying that since their Sharigan can't see through the mist, they found a way to bypass the jutsu and by using their senses similar to how Zabuza or a proficient Shinobi from Kirigakure.​

This rule was made to try and get people to join Sunagakure at a time were only Rei and a few others (i think...don't remember the members) were members of it. It was created long ago to try and balance out the system. That way, if people wanted a puppet bio they'd have to join Suna.

I'm against any village specific boosts or restrictions. It just complicates a system that is already riddled with rules and restrictions. If that rule is still up somewhere, I'd like to get rid of it (given that the other RP Mods agree as well).
