Tobi not using the Shukaku

I have always wondered why Tobi hasn't used the One-Tailed Shukaku... Gaara obviously is not dead yet, but Tobi could have used another dead/revived body through the Summoning: Impure World Resurrection. he would have an extra advantage, not that I'm siding with him tho... Any thoughts, am I the only one wondering??

i also think the bijuu would need a container it is familiar with, u dont just put a demon in a container and expect it to work well automatically so no new host for the 1tailed beast

Its from the Naruto Shippūden 2: Bonds movie. Its such a good scene, a nice and quick ass whooping by the fox before Naruto returns to normal lol

This is how it went :

Bijuus are sealed inside Ten-tails. Kabuto revived the dead jinchuurikis and RE-SEALED the bijuus back in them and due to the fact that the jinchuurikis are under kabuto's control, so are the bijuus. RIGHT AFTER THAT, TOBI USED HIS RINNEGAN AND TOOK OVER THOSE JINCHUURIKIS.

Since Gaara is alive, theres no where to put the Shukaku in ~_~

Like Mitzax says he needs a jinchuuriki to contain the bijuu on the battlefield. I don't think Tobi could use any random ninja or person since there are multiple versions that the bijuu and jinchuuriki can take together; and the only people familiar with those types of transformations would be the former jinchuuriki. Just the mere fact that we don't see the Ichibi I think in some way validates that. During the fight between Bee/Naruto versus the other Bijuu/Jinchuuriki we saw multiple versions being used and those versions would not have worked with just a Bijuu or even with a ninja that had no experience doing so. Just my own 2 million dollars worth of mana'o (hawaiian for idea).

You need the hosts body as anybody just isn't compatable.

Also, without a body, using the Biju is dangerous and they can't be controlled, like Gobi.

He would have needed Gaara.
