I think Zoro is between 1/4 to 1/2 as good as mihawk now, we still haven't seen him at his best so I can't tell for sure. Who said time-skip luffy couldn't beat kuma? He would have a solid chance since he can predict kuma's moves and kuma's speed doesn't mean that much now to luffy anymore. Of course, I don't know how much kuma has improved though.

Zoro could definitely beat Moria, stand a good chance against kuma too (don't forget, zoro manage to cut him pretty good back in Thriller Back. I know, I just watched the episode again!). I can't say he can beat doflamingo since we don't know his powers. Crocodile, he could beat. Idk about the rest

I don't think he can beat any shishibukai .Few people said he could beat Moria .May be but I ain't gonna vote until he has shown me some interesting moves.
But he definitely doesn't have any chance against Kuma,crocodile and Boa .If he has Haki that is a different case altogether .But until that is confirmed ,he doesn't have a chance against the above 3.
stop comparing Zoro and hawkeye .He is no where near even 50 percent of hawkeye even after his 2 yrs training.
