I usually don't care what people make threads about but seriously...Why would they choose 12 year old Konohamaru as Kage of anything? Maybe he can be Ice Creamkage but seriously....and Naruto isn't fit to be hokage yet either! Kage's aren't chosen because they have potential to be strong, or because they're the title character. Even after this war both of them have a lot of growing up to do before even being considered for such a position.
