Kakuzus hearts

If u create a kakuzu bio do u get the hearts auto or do u need to kill someone to get it with heart reaper? I was confused cuz i found 2 S-rank jutsus:

(Chuushin Karite) - Heart Reaper

Note:Can only be used by Kakuzu no exceptions.must have used dark threads jutsu before hand to use this jutsu.

Description:User sends out black threads from their body that can attack their opponent.

and S-Rank jutsus can only be learn when u S-clas ninja so i wonder that it says:

special jounin -> 2 hearts
jounin--> 3 hearts
sannin --> 4 hearts
kage--> 5 hearts

specials jounins and jounins cant use heart reaper then and cant have 2 or 3 heart

you get the hearts auto as you learn an element and rank up. however, kakuzu isnt the best bio to use since if a heart is destroyed, he can no longer use the element the heart possessed for the rest of the battle
