Description: Rasengan was a Ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. The technique is unlike many other jutsu in that it does not require any hand seals. It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact. Limit: None

There are three steps'

Rotation: Rasengan's power comes from focusing a lot of chakra in your palm and make it rotate in either clockwise or counter clockwise direction. This is determined the whirl on your hair. This the very first step you must learn, making it a basic for any rasengan user. The rotation must be powerful enough.

Power: The rotation, as mentioned above must be powerful enough. This is done by some whopping chakra control only available to those who reached, in this forum, the jounin rank. Nothing much to say, just concentration and chakra control is needed to generate powerful enough rasengans.

Containment: The rasengan strength comes from the fact all of that chakra is compressend and roataing in a condensed sphere. This step is done by generating a thin yet powerful cloak of chakra around the rasengan thus compressing all of that powerful spiraling chakra into the sphere. This step is the final and vital spot on the rasengan training. An uncontained rasengan only makes superficial, non lethal nor penetrating damage.

Your clockwise like me ^_^

-Comes with ballons filled with water- Now take one of these like so and focus your chakra rotating it clockwise causing the water to form a whirlpool making the balloon explode.

I pick up a balloon and take a minute to examine it. I cup my right hand and let it rest upon it. Now I flow my chakra into my right hand and continue to flow the chakra into the balloon. As my chakra enters the balloon I make it rotate clockwise. It starts off slow and I continually make it faster. As it gets faster a whirlpool starts to form inside of the balloon, I use this opportunity to then make my chakra change direction several times causing the balloon to become lumpy. The whole time I'm changing it direction I'm still rotating it clockwise. I now add more chakra into the balloon and make it rotate faster. As it rotates faster I have it change directions more frequently causing the balloon to stretch and burst. I continue this process another twenty-nine (29) times bursting all the water filled balloons.

Again, describe how do you infuse the chakra into the water and manipulate it to spin it it's direction. How strong is it spinning? Can you feel the swirl? Can you see the balloon moving from the outside? Does it make any sound? Can you make it spin faster as you try further?

Now, in order to apply power, you need to concentrate further into the air filled balloon. This is harder due to the fact you don't have soemthing tangible to concentrate on. Now simply add to what you did in the earlier post, more spinning power.

Now, in order to apply power, you need to concentrate further into the air filled balloon. This is harder due to the fact you don't have soemthing tangible to concentrate on. Now simply add to what you did in the earlier post, more spinning power.

I take an air filled balloon from the basket and place it in my right hand. I flow as much of my chakra into the balloon until it can't hold anymore. I then make it rotate slowly clockwise inside of the balloon. I gradually build it's speed up which also makes it stronger. Unlike last time the balloon isn't moving very much as there is nothing inside of it the build it's force. It is also harder to see the balloons movement because there is next to none, and there is absolutely no sound coming from inside of the balloon. Once I have worked out these aspects or the second part I add more chakra to make the rotation stronger. I use as much of the chakra in the to build up the speed of the chakra knowing this is necessary to make my chakra stronger and burst open. As the chakra is moving fast through the whole balloon i change it's direction furiously and consistently to the point where it's changing direction almost instantly. Even though it's changing direction I continue to rotate in clockwise. As all this is happening I'm continually adding and maintaining my chakra control. Then after a short amount of time the balloon becomes lumpy due to the force and speed it which my chakra is moving which causes it to...

As it rotates I make sure that it doesn't break through the thin layer of chakra and as it's rotates I add more chakra increasing the speed and strength it. Because my chakra is rotating within a thin layer of chakra I can't feel or see the balloon moving at all it is just sitting in my hand motionless. I then notice that it is completely silent as well and not a single sound is being made from it. After taking notice to these I make my chakra rotate as fast as it can without breaking through the thin layer of chakra on the inside of the balloon. As it is spinning quickly I control my chakra and make it become more dense. Then using chakra control to the best of my abilities I make the chakra inside change directions instantly and furiously while continuing to make it rotate quickly, as I'm changing it's direction I am always rotating the chakra clockwise. I then maintain this chakra flow and control the chakra inside to continue spinning furiously with out breaking through the thin layer of chakra that is containing the whole rasengan within the balloon. As i perform each step i am continually conpacting the chakra and making it more and more dense. As I'm concentrating on my chakra control I await your next orders.​
