I did this to cut time

I focus my raiton chakra in my body for a long period of time, i then used the focused chakra got from focusing to cover my arms and legs and then i smash it into bricks of wall tearing it apart

Unfortunately, the only thing you got right was that this jutsu didn't require handseals. This jutsu isn't a physical attack, but rather, it calls down a lightning bolt.

A bit more description, once more please. Everything was right, except you weren't explicit in your description of where the bolt came from; it comes from the sky, but from your description, it sounded like it came from your hand, due to the bolded (mainly a grammatical issue).

If you have a specific reasoning for putting something very simple, that I can gather from the jutsu's description, explain why you put that.

Now, here:

Advantages: The jutsu is more powerful than a standard B-rank when used in conjunction with water, meaning that it makes the combination of this jutsu more powerful than a standard Raiton/Suiton combination, as this jutsu is made specifically for that purpose. With this, you can increase the strength of even a low-ranking Suiton jutsu to do as much damage as an S-rank or more, and negate it's elemental weakness at the same time.

Disadvantages: Unless you can use Y/Y, you'll have to use this jutsu AFTER the water jutsu, which causes problems unless you use the right jutsu, as the electricity won't be able to mix with the water.

Potential strategies: Electrocute a source of water the opponent's standing on to do higher than normal damage for less chakra; combine with a clone to immediately fire a high-powered Suiton jutsu that can't just be walled with an Earth jutsu.
