She didnt show much in the Pain fight >_> She didnt even go 1v1 vs 1 of his paths... And keeping the village alive dosent really matter since most of them died anyways..

thanks to this special intent i would say gai in 7th gate with the second lotus could do it first otherwise i would go with draw

Tsunade wins.

Gai has no move that can one-shot her. She is a medical nin who specializes in evading. She has creation rebirth which tanks and recovers from all gai's attacks. Tsunade outlasts whatever Gai throws at her, and punches him into the next zipcode once he is weakened from gates.

Pathway Derangement Techniques can only be used when Tsunade strikes the back of the targets neck to confuse the brain and cut off proper communication to the limbs, she cannot just hit Guy anywhere.

Well we all know she's not gonna charge at Guy, she will just wait for him to make a move and then properly evade and counterattack.
