Hence why they are 'banned' the problem is however that newer members never saw the announcement by izanami kaito, or previously known as zenroyoku's post that there were to be no more tobi theories:|

Here is a flaw:

Izuna gave his eyes(or stolen) to Madara. How did he manage to get another pair of eyes if he was blind? Next how has he been alive for 4 or 5 generations? And what is his motive for controlling the world? Madara was the one that wanted to be a leader not Izuna.

So maybe there happened even more to madara that hes clan rejected them.. cuz they were competiting in every single thing as strong brothers.. i think cuz izuna loved and praised the madara he shared madaras visions (moon's eye plan) IF something would happen to him.. like nagato wanted to be god of world like yahiko said. tobi must be kagami or izuna.. i think izuna is better option cuz who would pretendt to be some1 powerful as madara? well ofc hes little brother cuz they were as strong..!

He has to be an Uchiha, just remember that somebody without Uchiha blood is uncapable to deal with the sharingan, so he has to be a member of the Uchiha clan, besides, Kabuto said to Tobi something like this:
You are Madara Uchiha but jus in esence or something like that

I think Tobi is Izuna. Just because of his knowledge; he knows very much about Madara and the things which happened. He can't be Madara, but he has to be someone who was alive then and who knew Madara very well. If that's right, Tobi lied when he told Sasuke that Izuna died aufter he gave Madara his eyes. Madara is strong, he is the leader of the Uchiha and he even killed someone he really liked to get the MS - So I think it wouldn't be a big problem to get another pair of eyes for his brother.

As title says. Also, it could be that Obito was Madara's (grand)son, which would explain why he might have revived/healed him after the boulder incident... I think it makes sense...

Not the 'Grandson' but it could be 'Grand-Grand-Son' because..

Madara and Hashirama were about the same age...Hashirama's gramddaughter was tsunade...and kakashi would be almost the same age as Tsunade's son (if she had any)...
