My opinion is Tobi is Obito
Recently there have been a lot of Tobi theories now that we know he isn't madara,so i decide to post my theory regarding Tobi's identity....Do read till the end
-First of all obito and tobi share some major appearance similarities (their hairstyle etc.,even their names are similar!)
-Tobi shows only one of his sharingan even though he had both(probably depicting that the other isn't his and has given it to kakashi)....
-Tobi fits the time and age factor too as he seemed of same physical state as kakashi during the nine tails attack
-if he really were some one as great as madara he should have been able to use at least MS but hasnt even once even though his life was in danger against konan.neither he is able to control the ninetails perfectly.
-obito must have seen minato's FTG jutsu upclose several times(being in his team and all)and must have learnt how to use it in the time gap between his "death" and the 9tails attack.
-Tobi probably claims as being no one as he is presumed dead by everyone
He says that he wants the ninja war to start so that he could rebuild the world again since he knows Rin lost her life due to the war and probably went angry since he didnt like war and stuff in the first place!!He is probably avenging her..
-lastly the team minato also fits the order of bearing similarity with the Sarutobi team and Team kakashi i.e =one walks the path of evil(Orochimar,Sasuke and obito) , one is the good&strong guy(jiraiya,naruto,kakashi) and the female ninja is a strong medic with feelings for 1 of her teammates(tsunade,Sakura &Rin)
