Well I would for one throw a Paperbomb at it for fun, so it could splatter everywhere

Actually, you can just apply chakra to your feet and it won't affect you when you step onto it.

This jutsu has 2 methods. One where you can gather water chakra into your throat and compress it into a powerful form with a large amount of pressure. Once you release the pressure, you will open up your mouth and release the water chakra as water and as it leaves your mouth, you will change the form of the water to multiple spheres using your chakra shape manipulation.

The second method allows you to infuse the water below you will chakra and form a large pocket of chakra that will manipulate the water. Once you have infused the water, you will control the water chakra so that it uplifts the water as a spiraling tendril and have it be aimed at the target. The spiral form of the water gives it a much greater amount of power due to its rotation.

You will then utilize the water around you and cause it to move around and spin rapidly around you, forming a protective barrier around you. You can then utilize the top of the water tornado so that it goes towards a target in a horizontal plane to the ground. The force of the tornado should be so great that it can knock someone unconscious.

The force of the tornado should be so great that it can knock someone unconscious.

~I then release my chakra through the soles of my feet, and gain control of the water around me~
~Using Chakra Control I utilize the water around me, and have it move around me spinning rapidly~

You should be able to materialize all the water after a short period and once you have created the water, you can direct it at the target by using your hand motions to direct it and move it. Of course you are using your chakra when using your hand motions so that it appears that your hand motions are controlling the water.

You should be able to materialize all the water after a short period and once you have created the water, you can direct it at the target by using your hand motions to direct it and move it. You will have to remain contact with the prison by having your hand inside of the prison. While a target is in the prison, they are relatively stuck and are highly restricted.

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

This jutsu allows you to merge all the cells in your body with water chakra and then you can rearannge your body at a molecular level and turn yourself into water. While in the water state, you can't really do anything and are susceptible to lightning attacks but you are basically immune to most physical attacks. I want you to do this jutsu and then turn back >_O
