I study, put up my entering university/college, so what I'm studying is more or less preparative for Uni/coll.

Well, I'm not trying to be stereotypical, but a lot of women do find muscly men attractive. Not freakish built, but well-toned (see example below). I've had so many girls ask me if I have abs, it's starting to piss me off now :|

Another thing is, when you work out, gain muscle, become stronger, you will feel good about yourself. Scientifically, chemicals are released that relieve stress (for more info, see Wikipedia).

But overall, you'll feel good when you see yourself in the mirror. Your self esteem and self confidence will rise. Believe me, I've got enough experience xD

It's ok. I know how you feel. I'm actually naturally shy as well. My friend Stefania unintentionally set us up because her and her boyfriend were fighting and I don't like fighting. So she told me to go back to Matt's room with him and she would be up in a little bit. And so we had some drinks and started to talk to each other a bit more. And then when she came up she told us we should just date because we were flirting so much. The next day he gave me his phone number before he had to get his roommate home. And after I went home we started texting each other non-stop. And months later I'm now living with him and we've been together almost a year (next month).
