It could e a spoiler if not everyone has gotten to his fight with nagato.
So my main question is do you think Jaraiya is still alive?
I personally don't...his issue was resolved with nagato dying and he finished teaching naruto the sage mode stuff so I don't think he will come back. Not that it wouldn't epic if he just randomly showed up outta the blue and saved someone but I think his run in Naruto is dead except for flashbacks.
How bout you guys? What do ya think?

No, Kabuto said that he isn't able to get his body from sea and that weapons that Pain used might have his DNA. Tobi has those weapons + he knows how Edo Tensei works, so it could be possible that Tobi will revive Jiraiya.

hes dead, he had his arm ripped off, he had his bones broken, even his throat. he cant breathe or swim, and even his body was able to do it, the toll he took using sage mode, big ball rasengan and just being naturally tired after fighting pein would leave him to exhausted to swim, he either drowned or sank so deep the pressure killed him
