The problem with jiraiya is he was someone who didnt want responsibility etc anyway, the advisors asked him to be hokage, and id bet a lot of money theyve asked him before.
He was asked to be hokage because he was sannin level, hes been sannin level for decades, meaning hes capable of being hokage for decades.
We must also remember that 4tails didnt scratch orochimaru (and he was near the end with his body, it was rejecting him) but jiraiya nearly died against orochimaru
Yet this guys thread on the other forum said orochimaru wouldnt be able to do what jiraiya did.
This is where i make my point that some ninjas are better suited to others in fights, jiraiya could be stronger than orochimaru, but jiraiya could lose against ninja X and orochimaru could easily beat ninja X, because of unique characteristics and the NATURE of there strengths, not just the jutsus level.
Even kakashi, a true super genius, taught by yondaime, and also seemingly taught by jiraiya (remember when jiraiya was talking to kakashi about tsunades bra size?) and has sharingan, and he is having trouble with 1-2 bodies with team-mates sacrificing themself as well.
And kakashi is pretty hot-stuff, even jiraiya said he was tsunades hokage replacement, and look at him-owned.
It definitely was on another level.
Personally from now on theyre all going to be on another level.
Kisame and madara are certainly going to bring it up a notch, kisame hasnt shown his true strengths yet, and madara needs no explaining, im sure he can beat pain given that hes giving pain orders.
