Ino? she can't do what Fuu did. even if she could, Sai would be able to escape somehow. he's an Anbu remember?

Nearly all of them. Sai was shown to be strong when he was first introduce, but I feel like he's gotten weaker since then, and as cool as his ink thingies are, they aren't a threat to anyone. People just squish them and go on with their day lol. Sai is a recon nin. Like Zetsu...but way less lame

To each his own my love, but may I ask why? I mean being in ANBU doesn't really mean a lot. ANBU is usually fodder in the series. They are usually shown in recon missions and usually don't make it back. They aren't that strong.

I thought Fuu said only an Anbu from Konoha Black Oops can escape that, or am i mistaken?

Oh I didn't know we were talking about a specific technique. I'm not saying that ANBU is nothing. I'm saying they aren't all that. And Sai was a special project for Danzo, not high ranking in combat or strength. Sai is a spy. He was hyped up in the beginning, but what has he really done to make you think he can beat most of the Konoha 12? I think he can beat Tenten and Ino for sure and maybe Kiba if kiba loses focus.

sai is strong yes but neji and lee maybe shikamaru would would beat him but he is smart and compete with naruto twice without a winner so i will say maybe hinato too but no more.

What healing technique? I don't remember it and don't see any specifics about it on the net. Tell me how it works or show me the manga page so I can see. Is it instant? How long does it take if not? How many times can he use it? I know his sealing jutsu takes a long time too create so he can't do that if he's in a 1v1 battle

I don't remember the page. but he can make bigger beasts like the ones he used to attack his brother to guide him in other to create the sealing one.

To make those he needs time. Those aren't like the birds and the reg lions he can draw up in 2 seconds. He needs to be protected for a good amount of time when he's doing the jutsu you're talking about. In a 1v1 battle it's no good. Sai is getting really good at talk no jutsu though!

Highest ranked would be Neji and Lee. I doubt the others could since they're at Chuunin to low Jonin at best and Sai was trained harshly until he got to ANBU level.

The human-like ones don't take time so he can make them as quickly as possible to guide him whiles he makes the sealing one.
