what ninja do you think are underrate

i start by saying that the 2nd hokage is so over looked and people seem to forget that this guy was only second to his older brother and there's no shame in that and he took over his brother when he died(itach is better then sasuke)

also sasori anyone other then a puppet master would probably die to him

The 2nd hokage wasn't underrated, just not much is known about him. Zabuza is also kind of underrated.
