Description: Diamond Jozu is a very large humanoid puppet with an empty chest cavity that can hold a puppeteer similar to Sasori's Hiruko. The defensive ability of this puppet comes from it's shingle like armor. One side of the shingles is the typical wooden plating used for most puppets, however the other side is plated with a very shiny metal which has the appearance of diamond when light shines off of it. At any time the puppeteer can flip these shingles exposing their defensive side. These shingles are capable of defending against A-rank and below attacks. The front chest of the puppet also folds up exposing a moderate sized open window for the puppeteer to see from (can be seen in pic as the greenish chest plate area). This windowed area doesn't contain the metallic shingles and is a point of weakness for the puppet and is vulnerable to all attacks. The typical entrance/exit for this puppet is its back which can be used to quickly abandon it if needed.
-Metal Plating crumbles away after taking two A-ranked attacks or the equivalent from B,C or D ranked attacks (120 damage total). S/Forbidden overpower the defense regardless of damage.

~Declined~ You can't put a maximum amount of damage that your puppet can withstand simply because techniques greatly vary in size and power. For some techniques, it would be unrealistic if your puppet didn't get instantly destroyed as both collide. Fix that.

Description: This technique combines the use of chakra threads with wind to create a deadly attack. The puppeteer creates their chakra threads and loops them around their target. They then channel wind chakra into the threads giving them a very thin but compact layer of wind. The thinness of the wind is brought to very high levels giving the attack incredible cutting power. The user then pulls on the threads guiding them so they slice through the target. This cutting ability of this technique is so high that it can slice through defenses of equal or lower rank. In terms of elemental weaknesses this technique follows the same rules as wind.
-Can be used twice per battle.
-No puppets can be used at the same time.
-No A-rank or above wind techniques the following turn.

Description: This is an advanced combination of puppetry techniques and genjutsu. The user attaches their chakra threads to several parts of the opponent's body including the arms, legs, and head. Upon connecting these threads the puppeteer uses them to insert their chakra into the target's body initiating the genjutsu portion of the technique. Once the genjutsu takes hold the target sees themselves as a wooden puppet being controlled by the puppeteer. Since they see themselves as a wooden puppet they become unable to control their movements allowing the puppeteer to control them freely as long as the genjutsu is in effect. With the target under their control the puppeteer can use them to either attack other allies, or even themselves. However since the puppeteer is only in control of their physical movements and not their chakra system, they can't force them to use any jutsu. This technique requires the full use of one of the puppeteer's hands leaving only one free hand for other puppetry techniques (for example, if Chiyo were using her 10 puppet collection at the same time, she would only be able to use 5 of those puppets while using this technique as she controls each puppet with one finger).
-Can only be used twice per battle.
-Requires the full use of one hand limiting the puppeteer to control over one other puppet (or its equivalent) at the same time.

This is my first CJ or rather CW, that i really wants to get approved, as i worked on it so heartedly.

Shinigami Reaper | Death God Reaper
Type: Weapon

Description: Once the two Giant Death Gods, one from Heaven, and one from Hell were fightning for a holy sword named "Shinigami Reaper", since it was sword who stated that the winner will be the weilder of it. So even after their 100th fight, the result was the same, Draw. Since none of them was the winner and they do not wanted to give it to their opponent. So they, along with the sword decided to give the sword to someone else. And than they met Enzup, both of them tried to kill him, but couldn't be succeeded. So they liked his true braveness, skills, and mastery in fightning. So they bestowned the sword on Enzup, in hope that he is the one capable of holding it, but the sword was the one who had to chose his master himself, it was upto the sword that it would accept him or not, but the sword was the one who liked Enzup the most and decided to help him conquer anything he wants.
Since the sword was of those Giant Gods, so its size is also very big. The hilt itself is of 2m height, and the blade is of 3m height making a total lenght of 5m, and its cross guard is of 1m length, while the blade is of half meter. It is a double-edged sword. And have a little curvature in the edge part and pointed on front. It also have a very long chain tied to pommel part. The blade is bloody red in colour which is supposed to be the blood of millions of people killed by it. It also has 2 black strips originating from the rain guard to some extent on blade, and it was supposed to be the curse of people died from it. Its original weight is 1 ton but for user its only 1 kg, superlight weight that allows him to use it more fluently and reaction time of user while using the sword is much more fast than of anyone else using a sword.
It is considered to have life of its own just like samehada. This sword is indestructible by all means and considerd to be sharpest in the whole world, and even in hell or heaven. Thats the reason, user must wield it very carefully, or else he'll just cut himself off. User can also pass any of his chakra to change the shape of its blade and creates a thick layer coating on sword.

Abilities:
-The sword can anytime increase or decrease its weight from 10 ton to 10 Kg.
-This sword is indestructible and have enormous amount of chakra.
-It can react on its own when required. Can also sense chakra.
-It can cut and slice through anything just like butter.
-When Chakra is passed to the sword, than the hilt remains the same but the blade transforms to |Fire- Phoenix|, |Water-Shark|, |Earth- Dragon|, |Lightning- Snakes|, |Wind- Porcupine|

Restrictions:
-As this sword was of those Giant Death Gods, which is very heavy and big in size and have some incredible powers, so it is forbidden to use this weapon.
-Passing any chakra to the sword, counts as a move, which is equivalent to S-rank offense/Defense/Supplementary.
-Can channel chakra to the sword only once per turn.
-Must be kenjutsu mastered, as it requires great skills in that.
-Can only be used if user is of atleast Kage Rank.
-The sword can only be wielded by Enzup. If someone else even touches the sword or any part of it, than it will paralyze him completely for one turn.

~Declined~ 10 ton is unacceptable, you could easily destroy anything on the field with such a heavy sword. No shape shifting, unless the shapes are pre-determined and well explained. I saw that the shapes were animals, but can the weapon shape at will into anything? Why is the damage 100? Does it damage you opponent just by being in your possession? We don't put damages to CW unless they have a special ability that triggers and attack. Sensing abilities are forbidden from the CJ thread (Or so I heard from Cali). Lastly, the restrictions are almost non-existent for such a weapon, you need to fix that.
Reduced the weight, No it can't transform into anything, only which are classified and not on its on (added a restriction about it), removed the DP. The Sensing abilities are forbidden, but only for elemental jutsus (i think so), so this rule does not apply on my CW. And if you think it still is forbidden, than plz remove the line "Can also sense chakra." , Btw here is the link where Zen announced the rule. Also added restrictions.

He is very strong as he is a combo of three. His speed is comparable to rock lee without weights because of lightning. He can use water and lightning, and gives 25% more damage to these technique. He does not have any effect of lightning and water upto A-rank, as they will only boost-up the humanoid.
Note: ~No lightning and water jutsu in same turn.

~Cannot use any jutsu above A-rank in next turn.
~If Inhuman uses a techinue then that will be counted as one move out of 3.

Description: User claps his hand and summons a terrapin named "Sage", whose size while on 4 legs is same as gamabunta. He has a sword in his right hand and a shield in left hand. He is fire and wind mastered and can use them upto S-Rank and gives a +30 boost to them. He is also indestructible to B-Rank and below techniques but only his shell can block A-Rank techniques. While standing he is that tall that in just one step he can go from short to mid range and from mid to long range and vice versa.
Note: ~He is advanced form of Terrapins, who can stand on 2 legs.
~Can stay on battlefield for 5 turns, if summoned.
~Can only be taught by Enzup.

Description: User creates a robot like structure made of earth chakra which is almost thrice in size as of a human, he can shoot earth projectile from his hand equivalent to A-Rank, and can transform into a car when required. The user can sit in the car and ride it with great speed that only 3 tomoe and above can track it. While in car form, it can shoot 2 spears from front or back of the car equivalent to A-Rank.
Note: ~Every earth projectile or earth spears count as one of 3 moves.
~It can transform to robot or to car anytime within a blink of an eye.
~Cannot use any earth justu for next turn.
~Can only be used 2 times per battle.
~Can only be taught by Enzup.

(Doton/Chakra: Mokujin) - Earth Style/Pure Chakra: Mokujin
Type: Offense/Defense/Supplementary

Damage Points: 100 (-30 to user)
Description: User releases enormous amount of pure chakra from his body in the sky and right after that releases doton chakra which start creating a big mokujin like structure around himself which is made up of very large no. of small mokujins, which is even greater than the size of gamabunta and its whole body is wrapped in giant flames of fire, which keeps everyone far from him. The mokujins are made up of very hardened earth, so they would not be damaged too easily. The user passes his chakra to mokujin and connects himself with the mokujin so that his senses gets connected to him and any
move which user performs will be performed by mokujin instead of the user. Because of such large size of mokujin, its jutsus becomes more powerful and large in size and thus gives a +20 boost to all elemental ninjutsu and +50 to all physical attacks. As this big mokujin is made up of large no. of small mokujins, so after being partially destroyed it can regenerate that part again on its own by creating appropriate no. of small mokujins.

Note: ~While user releases enormous amount of chakra, it is impossible for anyone to come near him or they will be pushed back by taking huge and severe injury.
~If anyone even comes near the mokujin, he will start feeling the tremendous amount of heat and in no time or in couple of moments, he will catch the fire.
~Its one punch is strong enough to break madara's susanoo final form's ribs and bones completely.
~Regenrating counts as a move.
~To extinguish fire from mokujin's body, the opponent has to extinguish every bit of fire from his body, or else it will again catch fire on his body.
~It is vulnerable to strong lightning.
~After the technique ends, user can't even move from his place for the whole remaining battle due to excess amount of chakra used in the technique.
~And also he can't use any technique above B-Rank for the whole remaining battle.
~His each and every cell in the body will pain him too much, that for concentrating on his jutsus, he has to perform additional 4 handseals for every jutsu which require handseals.
~ -30 to user because of excessive chakra used.
~Must be of atleast Kage for using it.

Azure is a highly intelligent Heron, and is the only one able to communicate verbally with the summoner, speaking fluent English. With his naturally increased vision and superb intelligence, he is able to carefully watch and then deduce the hand signs of the opponent, determining what element technique the opponent is preparing to use. He is able to do this due to the fact he has studied, and spent countless hours examining the shinobi jutsu scrolls present in his home tree. Because he is able to speak English, this means he is also able to read script, which allows him to study techniques. This hand seal perception can be used twice per battle. Azure is also capable to using fire techniques up to S-rank. Being a bird, all of the Herons have naturally increased vision.

~Declined~ It's incredible how sometimes it all comes down to one word: deduce. What to you mean when you say your summon can deduce the hand seals? Can he predict them before they're being done? Can he see them from very far away and know what hand seal the opponent is doing? Can he see, let's say, 3-4 hand seals in a jutsu that requires many hand seals and know instantly what technique will be used? You need to elaborate that part. Also, in the restrictions you say that reading hand seals doesn't count as a move, and in the description you say that "This hand seal perception can be used twice per match". If it's an ability that can only be used a certain number of time per match, it's bound to count as a move.

At any time after the explosive clay tree has been created, it can be detonated by performing the Tiger hand seal, and by yelling, "Katsu!". Blast radius covers the area short range around the tree.

Description: The user will begin by first performing a series of three hand seals. Then, by manipulating the earth on both sides of the opponent, they will raise two, large stone serpents, with an open mouth full of razor sharp stone points. These serpents are slightly smaller than the dragons present in the Earth and Stone Dragon Technique. The serpent on each side of the opponent will then rush them at a high speed, smashing into them with deadly force. When the serpents collide with the opponent, they both grasp him in their mouths, and continue to travel opposite directions. Due to the massive opposing forces applied to the opponent’s body, the brute tearing force is capable to ripping off limbs, or even large sections of the body.

~Declined~ First of all, many similar techniques already exist, but since this is characteristic to the Hozuki clan, I'll accept it. Now, this is no B-rank. Make it S-rank and restrict it accordingly. I will not accept a technique that you can use for an unlimited amount of time, with no drawbacks, that makes you significantly faster and stronger.

While in the sky Storm cloud will form in a certain point in the sky, from that point clouds will extend in a spiral manner at a very quick pace so if you'd look at the sky you would see a giant cloud that would resemble a sea shell in a sense. However as the storm clouds in the sky grows bigger and bigger it begins to rain down lightning beams all over the field under the cloud. The cloud can grow up to 2 ranges meaning it can start at long and go into mid. The beams that rain from the sky are rather strong and can puncture into the ground about 10 feet. The beams are controlled by the user. They can either be concentrated onto one area or over a wide range to trap a enemy in a hail of lightning beams. The maximum about of lightning beams that can be rained down at a time can be 7 and anything less than that to form up stronger beams.

~Declined~ I never accept techniques that have a "chance factor" in them. In this technique, you can make 7 bolt crash down on the earth, for god knows how long and either at random locations or focused on your opponent. Let's say you make it rain down on a vast area, I could simply say that by luck no lightning hit me. You get my point?

Innocent is a really sharp sword, for the user to be able to use it he first has to know how to use the sword since with one stab it could kill someone, this sword is also kinda long and is also really light. Innocent has really great powers, not any member could control them. Innocent is able to trap people on his special genjutsu which let the opponent see that they are on the same fight and they still battling normally but they really not, the genjutsu is a s-rank type but not only that the user is able to control the opponent mind once his trapped and by doing that he has to spin the sword around making the sword dragon shine the user is able to control the fight on the opponent mind for example, if the user want's he could do a forbidden technique on the opponent mind and if the opponent get hit, he will physically think is a real hit and so the opponent brain will crush due to the great deal of damage that the opponent could get from the genjutsu. The sword is also able to give the user a +10 to lightning techniques. To trap the enemy on the genjutsu the user has to spin their sword.

  • Only Pain.. could use this sword and control it's power
  • Once the genjutsu is on the user can't use any elemental attack until the opponent release himself/herself from the genjutsu

Once Frenimes has put a seal on the opponent the user can use the seal for fuuinjutsu even thought the user didn't put it on the enemy, which give's Frenimes a unique attack. This raven is extremely small, even smaller than the smalles toad.

Both of the lasers are sharp and if they come in contact with a body they will burn the opponent organs.

Innocent is able to trap people on his special genjutsu which let the opponent see that they are on the same fight and they still battling normally but they really not, the genjutsu is a s-rank type but not only that the user is able to control the opponent mind once his trapped and by doing that he has to spin the sword around making the sword dragon shine the user is able to control the fight on the opponent mind for example, if the user want's he could do a forbidden technique on the opponent mind and if the opponent get hit, he will physically think is a real hit and so the opponent brain will crush due to the great deal of damage that the opponent could get from the genjutsu. The sword is also able to give the user a +10 to lightning techniques. To trap the enemy on the genjutsu the user has to spin their sword.

  • Only Pain.. could use this sword and control it's power
  • Once the opponent is under the genjutsu he can't use any elemental attack until the opponent release himself/herself from the genjutsu
  • The Genjutsu can be use once and it last two rounds
  • The Genjutsu count's towards a move

The wind technique is specialize as a shield, once the technique is made a wind tornado will surround the user as a shield and when the opponent gets near the tornado the tornado will easily cut the opponent and make a deep wound. Hawkie is half size of Gamabunta and can carry two people on his back.

~Declined~ Seriously now...No coating, similar technique already exist just for that. Also, how would you breath if you were coated from head to toe in water? Lasting 4 turns 3 times a match? So you'd have a flying elemental animal for 12 turns in a row? Make it 2 turns max and limit the amount of jutsu it can used while being on the field. Honestly, I don't like this technique, and I'll be strict in the next re-submission so try and restrict it well and be careful not to stack too many abilities.

Since the user is already used to manipulate his weapon with this added weight, the fact that it suddenly disappears, increases the user's ability with it several times, being able to deal stronger and much faster strikes.

Seal Level 1 [A-rank]
30 chakra - Half of the added weight is released, making the movements the user performs with his weapon become faster. It can be compared with the speed Rock Lee gets when he releases his weights. A slash is immediately made from the point where the user holds his sword, thus, making this technique even faster than other drawing techniques. By using the principles of hand seals and transferring them to words and sounds, Koe Chūdō enables the user to replace all hand seals with words and sounds. While regulating and controlling one’s chakra-flow with one’s voice box is indeed harder than using the standardized hand seals, the chakra spill is actually much smaller than one would believe. There are no specific words or sounds representing each seal, but each word must be at least one syllable long. Furthermore, there are simply some techniques that cannot be used with the voice alone without damaging the throat, due to the chakra concentration that occurs when an advanced technique is used.

Fusenken takes these sticky properties of chakra to a new level. By consciously focusing on making his chakra sticky, the user is able to create a glue-like effect anywhere on his body. Because of the conscious effort and extra chakra used on creating this sticky effect, it requires incredible strength to break free from these sticky points. The sticky chakra can be controlled at will, enabling the user to trap and free the targets limbs at will. ~Declined~ Not only do I find it completely over the top that you'd be able to use your sweat to such an extant, but the ability in general is misused. It's clearly stated in the description of the Tree Climbing Practice that if there's too much chakra, they won't be able to climb:

"If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the bark of the tree to break around the point of contact and the user to fall."

If there was such a thing as "using sticky chakra" they would never be repelled from the tree. The whole concept behind this exercise is vague and I'd only be ready to accept certain variants of the technique, this is not one of them.

This means any contact with an opponent will leave them with cuts and the enemies blood on Hidans hands.

Description : Using Hidans scythe, Hiden will throw the Scthye forward and manipulate the cable by rotating the arm, which puts the scythe and the cable into a spin (imagine a skipping rope spinning but moving forward at the same time). This looks like a normal throwing of the scythe but by doing this it allows Hidan to manipulate the extra cable to wrap around and bind an opponent if they block the attack within short range of themselves. They will bindded from waist to neck trapping both arms (both arms down by their side). Once bindded Hiden can retract the cable which will pull him forward towards the opponent.

Description: This justu begins with the user building and molding their Suiton chakra and then slowly allowing this to leave there body as a mist, visible to the naked eye as a light greyish colour for the first few seconds. After the few few seconds the mist becomes invisible to the naked eye. This mist is make of thin, sharpened Suiton chakra droplets and surrounds the user like an oval cacoon. Using Light Reflection, all of the tiny water droplets are angled like mirrors and reflect the light from behind the line of sight where the user is stood, meaning when you look at the user, the light from behind the user is reflected infront making the user seem invisible. When used, the user will appear to merge with the background. *Desciption below* Anyone using a Doujutsu will see an oval blur of were the user is stood, meaning they can not make out any features such as posture, handseals, chakra being channeled etc, as all they can see is the Suiton chakra surrounding the user. When the user moves, the mist is still emitted from their body so is effective at any angle but any movement faster then a run (made by the user) will mean the wind resitance acting against the body will be to high and the mist would be blown back faster then it can be produced making the user visible again. Where a Doujutsu user will see the mist moving (still as a blur) it will leave a trail of Suiton charka for where the user once was, (much like a plane does when flying. This however disapates after a minute or two). If the user performs any other jutsu while using this then after the handseals are formed, the jutsus own chakra will push apart the mist, bringing the user back into vision momenterally. As long as the user has paid the chakra cost for that turn however then the mist will continue to flow out of the body and simply forms around the user again in a couple of seconds.

This give the user the appearence of being invisible when in fact the user hasnt moved and the no change to any phycial matter has taken place. Visibility depends on the eyes of the observer and/or the instruments used. Thus an object can be classified as "invisible to" a person, animal, instrument, etc.

~Declined~ First of all, no need to make such a long jutsu for something that is obvious. Just saying you create a city in which the opponent was completely submerged would've been enough. Secondly, the abilities of this technique are ignoring the fundamentals of a genjutsu (check the part I bolded). Since you're not wielding a Mangekyo Sharingan or don't have an advance doujutsu bio (Second Mizukage for example)(correct me if I'm wrong btw), then there's no way for you to create such a genjutsu that defies the normal rules. The rest of the jutsu was fine.

~Declined~ Simply OP. You didn't precise anything about the actual position of the cubes, hence being vague enough to place them to your advantage on the field. Even if your opponent tries to evade or counter you can simply say he forgot one or two behind him. This is ridiculous. Also, for you to keep so much lightning chakra within the earth cubes goes against the very principle of strength and weaknesses of the elements. Lastly, it's impossible for you to mold two chakra at once if you didn't receive yin yang training.

Description: user charges the blade of a weapon with water and wind chakra, effectively coating the blade with ice. If the blade cuts into a body part, that body part will get frostbite and become frozen and paralyzed. If the flat of the blade touches a body part, said body part will become numb but still usable. The User can use this technique on a kunai to press the flat of the blade against their tongue after biting it off, resulting in effectively stopping the blood flow after minimal loss.

~Declined~ Similar technique already exist. The only original part is in bold, and that has nothing to do with your creation, it's simply using the properties of ice (like saying you'd get burned if you touched fire).
