2.sasuke can use chidori needle to paralyse him AND KILL him with his kunai

if he hadn't the sharingan he couldnt have mastered the chidori.... if u remember kakashi mastered this jutsu wen he got the sharingan from Obito or else as Minato told him it was not a completed jutsu

Wrong...As it stands we don't know who's faster right now....SM or KM is a LOT stronger and faster tha Sasuke is...are far as intelligence...Sasuke may have the upper hand because he's very observant...

If Sasuke didn't have the sharingan he wouldn't be able to use chidori as well as any other chidori related jutsu(chidori sword, Kirin etc).
Even if Naruto didn't have the Kyubi he would still have a massive chakra supply and also be able to use sage mode better( being able to sync with the 2 toads) so Naruto would definitely beat Sasuke.

If sasuke didn't have sharingan, his chidori would be prone to MASSIVE flaws which would subject him to uber counter attacks. Says Minato anyways. Kakashi wouldn't even have taught him in the first place lol.

First of all Sasuke would have virtually no jutsu, since he used his sharingan to master pretty much everything.

Wind isn't weak against fire, wind is just used as a boost for fire, theirs a difference.
