Rain with Gobeeh!

So as i have created the clouds with that C-ranked water technique, and then afterwards i'll use a rain technique, I'd have to use water replenishment or simply use that senseing rain again in order to be able to perform more rain techniques?

*As I'm sending my chakra within the skies, into the clouds, the clouds will come closer to the ground, in the way of trapping myself and the dummy infront of me, and the clouds will start spin in high speeds around me and the dummy.* o.o

No no, Senseing Rain is forever and ever. Well, atleast to our RPG. So if you use that, no need to replenish. If you used one of the Rain TEchniques to make it rain, it will only last for a certain amount of time which should be noted in the jutsu if I'm correct.

(Kadou Boufuu no Jutsu) - Vortex Storm Technique

Description: A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.

Using the clouds make them surround yourself, forming a tight shell of clouds around you. Which will protect you from certain jutsus, lightning jutsus' damage will be cut in half for an example and whatnot. Using this you can still send rain jutsus out from the clouds.

Description: A powerful technique that draws down a small portion of rain clouds and places them over the user like a full body shell. The clouds continue to produce rain, which allow the user to send out rain jutsu like the Rain spear from their body. This shell also defends against lightening jutsu, cutting their damage in half.

The next jutsu is an advance version of Rain Trident. Using your chakra send the rain into the clouds, the higher they get, the colder it is. Obviously. Procced with that untill the rain turns to ice, of course before doing so change the shape of the rain into a hail of tridents. So upon freezing they fall down like hail - Bombarding the opponent.

*As I'm sending chakra into the clouds, within the raindrops within the clouds, I manipulate them to go higher within the skies, and as it goes higher within the skies, it gets colder and colder and as it's going higher' the rain start gathering, forming tridents as it freezes. As the tridents turn to ice, they'll start falling down from the skies, bombarding my opponent.*
