Raikage lost one arm, was about to lose one leg and in the end Sasuke let the celling above him collapse. All that while Raikage was going all out - since strong Taijutsu combined with Raiton no Yoroi V2 appears to be the maximum of his abilities - and Sasuke couldn't even use the second stage of Susanoo. That much to answer your question. Do I really have to facepalm again?
If Sasuke can use both Susanoo and Enton: Kagetsuchi from the very beginning, and is even aware of Raikage's speed, he obviously wins.

I've been trying to tell people the raikiri didn't really cut threw lightning if Kakuzu B-rank lightning attack couldn't be cut by Two of Kakashi's S-Raikiri how can it really cut threw lightning???

Sasuke dodged under Raikage does that mean he is faster than Raikage? NO
Raikage dodged Ameterasu,amaterasu is instant Raikage's speed is not instant. If Raikage's speed was instant then he would be faster than Minato.

also kishi said that these black fire could burn anything,but failed when it was on gaara's sand while it burnt raikage's arm .
if kakashi didn't cut lighting,he would never called it raikiri.
we can only accept the fact that he did it since kishi state himself that chidori has cut lighting.

i like your post but is kirin that strong. would it really affect the raikage's lighting armor?
yes, as sasuke and killer bee said, lightning is needed to counter lightning tbh... Sasuke put chidori in his hand and managed to perice a's lightning armour and deliver a wound , not that bad of a wound though, Kirin will rape raikage
Level 3 version susanoo arrow is not that fast,Danzo had enough time to grow a tree out of his shoulder to direct the arrow away from him.Susanoo is not complete it is in version 3 mode,the one that fought Danzo.He used complete susanoo against kakashi.
We do not know that raiga is his strongest attack since it we have not seen that much from Raikage in battle.He did break Madara's level 2 or 3 susanoo but with a lot of help from Onoki .
it was slowed down for us to see. danzo said its was so fast there was no time for handseals... kakashi said it was undodgable with his speed, and the only option was kamui, meaning no mudwall etc....
Kakashi's speed is not one the same level as Raikage, ametarasu is instant and Raikage dodged it, susanoo arrow is fast but not instantaneous or kakashi would have not been able to Kamui it.

After that kakashi cut lighting bolt with chidori ,it became raikiri .
That's why kakashi entered in the legend.
The fact that kakashi's chidori cut lighting is true untill manga prove the contrary .

Like I stated above why didn't kakashi lightning s-rank jutsu cut threw kakuzu b-rank lightning attack and it was two raikiri also? until i see kakashi cut threw lightning with it i'm not believing it
