without his summons, kabuto doesnt appear to have muchgoing for him... kakshi is an immensely powerful combatant, but his drawback being he's going to be bedridden for a week at least or dead if he goes all out....

Why didn't he, if he was loyal to Orochimaru and his ambitions then wouldn't he have revealed his strength in order accomplish success? So what you're saying is that in all his fights the only jutsu he's ever showed is chakra scalpel and a few other jutsus when he has more jutsus? If he contained more jutsus then he would have used them. Even part 2 Kabuto, without Orochimaru's DNA is inferior to Kakashi.

Dude why are you comparing current kakashi with pre-time skip Kabuto? Because it makes us think that you know that pre-time skip kakashi that was saved by naruto from zabuza would lose to Kabuto who soloed tsunade on his own even though he was holding back and tsuande was going all out for the kill.
Tsunade declared that she would kill oro and kabuto and kabuto told her not to worry because he wasn't goging to kill her since they needed her to heal orochimaru.
Man Kabuto completely out classed the godaime hokage in that battle and she herself even wondered why kabuto didn't kill her when he had the chance before kabuto told ger why, tsunade only landed a hit on kabuto because her boobs saved her from getting her lungs damaged enough, making kabuto loosen his guard, and even her boob wouldn't have saved her if kabuto had been going for the kill.
Pre time skip Kabuto was strong and even said that tsunade, the godaime hokage was a disapointment to the title of sannin because he was so far ahead of her, pre time skip kakashi lost to zabuza in mere seconds and had to be saved by naruto and sasuke from zabuza's water prison.
Current Kakashi could possibly beat him though with kamui and all.
Let me correct you though, there is no such thing as KabutOrochimaru, Kabuto is NOT possed, we saw him in the process of being possesed when he gave naruto the akatsuki bingo book but he also stated that he would seperate himself from orochimaru and create his own identity just like naruto did by seperating his identity with the fox.
And then we see later on at the beginning of the war that kabuto concered orochimaru's powers and merged with the cells perfectly, Kabuto is kabuto, not kabutorochimaru, he isn't possed, he just concered oro's powers.
Plus you have no right to call kabuto as a woos for applying a good shinobi strategy, he can't move around freely and control the edo's properly at the same time, which is why he stays out of site, plus edo is his jutsu which he worked hard and used his own genius to take it to a level where oro and tobirama could never hope to achieve. And concering and subduing oro's will and cells/powers is no minor feat either, it took an incredible strength of body and mind to do that and to even go further and surpass orochimaru with those powers. And you seem to underestimate the knowledge, skill and physical endurance that is required for someone to successfully implant dna cells into a person, look how many people oro killed while trying to implant dna on them both when he was in konoha and in oto, being able to successfully implant dna of oro into himself without dying, in fact knowing how to merge dna period is a great feat by kabuto, also how he genetically engineered a superior version of manda in everyway is another great feat that I don't think even tsunade can do, to genetically engineer a summon, over that size and strength on top of that?
Man stop talking about hax , stolen power, and possesion, because you clearly don't know what you're talking about, Kabuto's feats are greater than anything kakashi has been able to achieve, you're just hating.
And don't forget that You want to say that kabuto is nothing without oro's powers, forgetting that kakashi is also nothing without the powers of the uchiha clan that he relies on so much, lighten your heart man, because this hate is only gonna make you look bitter and stupid.

Oh and naruto only landed a hit because Kabuto underestimated him, besides, that was a completed rasengan, Naruto completed it when he used shadow clone to do it, and Kabuto only let it hit because he knew that his regeration ability would fix that ish up no time, his regeneration is even superior to tsunade's rebirth tech by her own testament, she even tried to replicate it to heal lee because it was so potent, Kabuto is a greater genius then kakshi dawg, just admit it, he has too many feats compared to him, Kakashi would have died a long time without Obito's eye anyway, and even with it, Kabuto has gone far beyond him and his mangyeko power up in shipuuden, and he actually used his intelligence and skill to attain his power up.
he fought with tsunade and was going toe to toe with her.. pre time skip kakashi said, he's a fool if he thinks he can go up against ANY of those three ninja .... and kabuto did, he may not have won , but he got tsunade's praise..Saying that kabuto surpassed her in her prime... You also forget that Kabuto is EXTREMELY young ..part 1 he was 19 , part 1 kakashi was 27... and 2 sannin said 19 year old kabuto was equal to kakashi... now you see the sheer difference in skill between these two shinobi's.. just because you only saw like 3 of jist jutsu, you think thats all he has? does hiruzen only have like 5 jutsu? no.. its all he got to show....
Kabuto got hit with rasengan because he underestimated naruto, did not expect a kid like that to pull off that move, holding him and rasenganing .... that was made explicitly clear... kakashi someone who knows of naruto's capabilities of being a unpredictable ninja, would be a tad bit more cautious
the true objective wasn't to kill sasuke, or else what would be the point of oro's whole body switch plan??? i don't think anyone really knows. but you say he was controlling 2-3 corpses at the same time...so actually it wasn't him actually fighting kakashi, it was an anbu corpse. you really think with his speed and reflexes that kakashi would counter him so easily???

Kabuto is not being controlled by Orochimaru. Kabuto just has similar intentions. He want's to surpass Lord Orochimaru. Kakashi can not beat Kabuto. Kabuto has many jutsu and amazing regeneration ability. Now he even has a snake form. Kabuto is smart, Tsunade admits that part 1 Kabuto had surpassed her in her prime. Think before you make threads.
