Naruto and Jiraiya wins.
Jiraiya has the intelligence and knows pretty much everything about Oro, plus he knows amaterasu and he also knows sasuke is capable of using Fire and Lightning style jutsu.
Naruto has more experience on sasuke than anyone else i think, this also says alot about Oro and Sasuke which also know a lot about jiraiya-Oro, Well sasuke does'nt really know much about Naruto's new techniques and abilities.
So toad summoners, SM, Ma & Pa, Various rasengan, fire-earth-wind release, also Naruto can use Frog Kata which is invicible to the eye, even the rinnegan, Genjutsu beats out Oro, but sasuke will not fall for genjutsu, even though i think MA and Pa's genjutsu is in my top 2.
Jiraiya knows how to handle amaterasu and alot of Oro's jutsu since he encountered oro a lot and also sealed amaterasu to study it. NAruto can counter a lot of Sasuke's jutsu, if he was well versed in wind, sasuke's lightning would be useless.
Jiraiya i believe would be smart enough to figure out about Susano'o and probably figure something out about kirin when it is forming. Jiraiya can just summon himself away and take naruto with him and then sasuke wasted an attack, and Jiraiya would be capable of making a surprise attack.

Naruto>Sasuke SM sasuke's close combat would almost be useless plus frog kata could not be defended with Sharingan since it cannot see it, and as we already saw one hit defeated one of peins bodies.
