i agree, well said. to my knowledge my village is the only active one to some extent and therefore there is little competition for us or we get involved with groups, which is ridiculous

ya, I also think(which i suggested previously earlier) that if a country is strong enough to be one of the top 5 countries, then that country would replace one of the other village's and their leader would become one of the kage's.

Well, only if they took one of the 5 main villages out.

that was pretty much what i was saying, in a way. if they could take out one of the 5 main countries, then they replace that country.

To start, though, I think the 5 main villages (Mist, Sand, Cloud, Rock, and Leaf(Konoha)) should only have kages.

Naw, that's not how it works in a democracy xD

You can't gain world power through popularity. You gain world power through kicking the crap out of other countries! xD

Same goes for the Naruto world.

An all-out battle is better. The Kage is supposed to be the strongest in the village, so a battle only makes sense.

well tsunadi is an hokage, lol and she is definately not the strongest(albeit being the best healer) but it should still be a vote.
