Both are not technically gifted thats why they make up for it with huge chakra reserves and physical strength.

Now km naruto should win this, but with mid/high difficulty. Not only can he outlast him he is faster than him. If A was a technical fighter he could beat km naruto

Raikage can dodge rasenshuriken,since the third raikage dodged 2 and he is slower than A. Naruto already said that a few of raikage's punches could seriously damage him.Plus if he catches him and gets him into a liger bomb it's over. Personally i think A is faster but naruto is close.
