Why do people hate Sasuke?

I think we have to look 2 different perspective in order to answer this question.

1stly, I think the way of Sasuke's characteristic and what he did (maybe what is he going to do) is all "guided" by his brother, Madara who are influenced him. And if some or majority people thinks "he is foolish to follow people's guide that is why i hate him!" are also fools. Because those influence is for Save his life and for Avenge some one. It is turn out someone's simple goal and desire. So the moral story is "Sasuke doesn't have his own point and goal" And If people hate him because of what he "did" are "fool". hehe sorry about such statement but still... you know what i mean.

2ndly, the fanboys can shout out their opinion or may be it can turn out insult or threat to other people's opinion... Just because of they the fans feels about Sasuke's "i got no own goals" opinion and protect him.
And also there's other reasons that they support him too much are
1. He is Bad-Ass character
2. His Characteristics some how managed to link to Naruto series fans.

Sasuke fanboys are not simply people who like or support Sasuke dude. No-That would not be an issue.

Sasuke fanboys refer to Sasuke as Lord Sasuke or Itachi as Itachi-senpai and think they are the most flawless entities in the known world. Real world included. This is why fanboys ruin Sasuke for us. Sasuke by himself is kinda ok, if not a bit too emo for the rest of us. Naruto takes all the pain that has befallen him and uses it to improve himself and has done a great job of this.
Sasuke has let the same thing ruin him and has thrown away every chance to redeem himself.
Sasuke has also had all his skills handed to him bar some.

There are many reasons to dislike or not like Sasuke but mostly it's due to the rubbish fanboys spew about him.

Others in Naruto have had a s**t old time of it and learn from it and become better people. Not Sasuke though, nope. Toys right out the crib.

Naruto had to live a life of solitude,isolation and was rejected and avoided by all his village peers since day 1. He was shunned because of something inside him he knew nothing about. His mom and Dad died to save the village leaving him alone and hated by almost everyone.
1,Naruto was hated, while Sasuke was loved as a child.
2,Sasuke had natural talent which was nurtured by his family and teachers, Naruto was ignored and shunned by everyone,teachers included.
3,Sasuke has been totally adored by all his peers and loved by any girl who sees him but chooses to reject it all and try n act cool n dark. Even Kakashi favoured teaching Sasuke over Naruto and it didn't make Naruto have ill feeling towards Kakashi.
4,Even though Naruto always looked up to and always wanted to be friends with Sasuke as part of team 7, Sasuke just rejected and made fun of him. Even when Sasuke was starting to enjoy himself.

If Sasuke chooses to hate Konoha because his brother chose to save the Village over his clan then surely Naruto should have the same reason to do so. His father & mother died to save Konoha. Does Naruto go mad and try n kill the Konoha people?-No!

Ok i read enough post to realize why people hate Sasuke.

#1 I guess his fans idolize him to much or something idk? I seen it with Itachi thousands of times I haven't come across a Sasuke fan like that yet.

#2 They are just haters. I guess people want to ignore the fact about whats happened to Sasuke and call all his talents "gifts". IMO Sasuke is one of the more talented ninjas in the series. If you look back up at his fights frome the beginning until about the danzo battle you can see that.

What you stated in the first paragraph is for insult, but you tried describe it into correction of my mistake... But it's okay. hehe
I think you didn't quite understood what I pointed out. Or what you mentioned in your first paragraph is describing you - I don't know... But i will ask simple 3 questions, which can prove either what you trying to prove is already pointed out 2 different things which are... a characteristic of Sasuke that can create a different value to his fans and when fans received the value, outcome, therefore, turn out hatred in terms of the what the story told - that was first thing. The second thing is how you think and describe things narrowly.

And... What you pointed out 4 reasons are same thing I mentioned on other reasons(the 1st one) why they support him...

And... Support is like if you like something (specific thing) it is your payment of value that created for you. That value can be ANYTHING. In terms of what the value "receiver's" sense.

As for the Kage Summit. Sasuke should have been dead long time ago. If it wasn't for Madara to save his ass that is. He got one-shotted by Tsuchikage He would have died just like that with a single move.

Sasuke's main goal was Danzou and after basically defending himself against the Raikage, he didn't put up a fight but rather attempted to escape the rest of the Kage.

Sasuke is not the first or last character to solely strive for a goal as there are many in the Narutoverse who haven't been with females and many other manga have displayed vengeful characters like Sasuke whose life was lived to extract revenge.

It has nothing to do with who he has beaten or anything like that. Its the fact that he is a prick and thinks he is superior to others and that he deserves better merely because of the blood he has in his veins. I could care less about his goals or his past. He's just a ****.

I like other characters with evil intentions. They seem to achieve them with being *******s or believing they have entitlement to something. Tobi; for example, doesn't care who he is or what he deserves but I still like him as a character.
