Sasuke's already generally stronger than Itachi. The only advantage Itachi HAD was before the war/EMS arc, which was genjutsu.

Sasuke now has Itachi's eyes in addition to his which means Sasuke's Tsukuyomi/general genjutsu should (as in most likely) be adequate if not stronger than Itachi's rather than inept. I'm pretty sure of this but I'm anxious for Sasuke to make his debut in the manga so this can actually be proven.

Agreed; It'll Be Amazing If (And Most Likely) His Tsukuyomi Is Greater In Power/Duration Than Itachi's, Seeing As He's Gained The EMS, And Generally Had A Greater Chakra Reserve Than His Brother.

Sasuke WILL NOT surpass itachi since the words "will surpass" means he will do it in the future, and since he already has surpassed itachi, it is impossible for sasuke to surpass itachi again if he has already surpassed him before.

sasuke already surpassed itachi except for Genjutsu use...ninjutsu shape and element manipulation wise...even his manipulation of amaterasu, (as shown when he wrapped susanoo's bone with flames...with those feats, he's beyond the level of itachi except for Genjutsu...

ya i got there ans stopped reading actually cuz i beleve he has surpassed itachi sum ppl say he had surpassed him back when they fought each other and that i dont agree with i think itachi was still stonger then but now that sasuke has a full susanoo and minip. contol over amaterasu and to top it off ems he has def surpassed him now
