i agree 99.8%
*0.01% being itachi's tsukuyomi will always (or at this point) be superior to sasuke's as stated by danzo itachi. However in sasuke's defence he can manipulate amaterasu more effectively. So they contradict eachother in that they both surpass eachother in certain MS abilties.
*the other 0.01 % regardess sasuke's ability to keep a cool head. In no way am i saying that it affects the way he thinks in combat because he has demonstrated that even though he is angry he can still asess things brilliantly (eg. danzo's battle). But this could lead him to irrationaly make decisons, but it will be hard to exploit that weakness. But itachi IMO is someone who has the potential to exploit that .
But still I believe sasuke will and undoubtably surpass itachi ( some say he already has )

I Also Agree - Until Sasuke Shows Usage Of Tsukuyomi Via His EMS, And It's Effects Are Even More Devastating Than Itachi's (i.e. Lasting For A Week Rather Than 3 Days), The Latter Will Always Be Superior To Him In That Aspect. In Terms Of Your Second Point, I Also Agree - Itachi Was The Only One Capable Of Driving Him To The Edge, As Seen In Their Final Battle. Otherwise, He's Managed To Keep His Cool Most Of The Time.
