My analysis:

S1 vs U1= S1 wins
S2 vs U2= U2 wins or draw
Uz3 vs U3= Uz3 wins or draw
Uz4 vs U4= U4 wins
S5 vs Kakashi= Kakashi wins or draw

At the end it's either they both die or Uchiha wins.

NOTE: Madara doesn't have Rinnegan or wood. Non are edo tensei. Both Nagato and Itachi are at full health and chakra. Nagato doesn't have paths and Itachi doesn't have Kota Amatsukami. Naruto is in KyuubiSage Mode and Sasuke has EMS. Tobirama has one Edo summon and Shisui has 2 KA for both eyes.

Uchiha = 0 or 1

Shusui has hes kotoamatsui, most powerful genjutsu ever made, i dont think even the second hokage could beat that. If tobirama used IWR , shusui just needs to use koto on the IWR bodies so they would lose control

Itachi>Nagato no need to explain, and if nagato manages to use chibaku tensei, , Itachi would manage to destroy it with susanoo or manage to seal Nagato of with Totsuka and yata mirror is said that it can block any type of ninjutsu, why would chibaku tensei be a exepction? explain it well.

Madara and First Hokage: True Madara died in that battle, but madara said it himself, before he died, he managed to get some of Hashiramas powers, how? something must have happend? so i say this is draw aswell.

Kakashi > Tsunade , Tsunade lost to Kabuto without oros powers.. and kakashi has MS
